Lewingtons are great! We have engaged them many times over the years.

Tim and Tom did a great job identifying and fixing the boiler. They also checked the water storage heater and the radiators to ensure the system was all working fine. They were prompt, respectful of the property and very pleasant to deal with.

Most importantly, the price was very fair for the call out, full service and a key part change and boiler repair.

This company offers good customer-first service and are super to work with.

N.B. This is in stark contrast to recently working with another established fairly large local business that offers electrician services, who were friendly, did a good job but were completely not transparent about hourly rates and left a pensioner with an enormous bill. Beware of this and their family business customer care focussed lip-service promise!

I would and have recommended Lewingtons for every kind of job they take on. Ben arrived, his usual happy self. A very nice start to the day. The boiler and other bits he checks were done with no noise or disturbance. He told us at the end of the job what he had found and what had been done. He was polite and made no mess at all. We have been using Lewingtons for any boiler work or services and for any plumbing problems that crop up through the year since we moved to our present address. I have always found the employees very good at their jobs and always do a job well.

Excellent advice from staff in reception when we called in to ask about my elderly mother’s central heating malfunction. Followed by excellent service from the same engineer on Tuesday, who not only fixed the problem but kindly reset and explained the programme on the thermostat.
