The two lads who came to service my boiler were efficient and polite.

John fixed our kitchen tap and was very helpful and polite. We use Lewingtons for all our plumbing and boiler servicing etc and they always do a good job.

i could not be more grateful to Lewingtons on this occasion. I had an emergency, which potentially meant that I would have to move out of my house, until it was sorted. Lewingtons came out within 2 hours, did a temporary fix and will come back to do a permanent repair. Their team is expert, efficient and caring.

Lewingtons put an underfloor heating system into our new extension and did an excellent job. They also put in two new radiators on our gas system, and in doing so identified that some of our radiators were not getting very hot. This was a long standing problem that we were aware of, but the person who services our gas boiler had told us that the only solution would be to replace all the pipework. Darren came up with a much cheaper solution, replacing the pump with a more powerful one. We now have a much warmer house. Thank you Darren!

Quick and thorough service from quotation to installation. Ian was very pleasant at all times. Everything was made good afterwards and rubbish taken away. Also very easy to talk to the right person on the phone.

The service was carried out professionally and useful hints on heating system use were given. Robb is an excellent ambassador for the company.

The Engineer came during the time slot promised and carried out a thorough service of our Worcester/Bosch boiler. He was personable and efficient. The charge was reasonable and I was emailed a certificate at the end of the service with a list of what had been checked and test data re emissions etc.

3 stars to admin.16 days between my initial request and getting a quote. Then 26 days between accepting the quote and getting an appointment. A bit slow communication wise. So 4 stars overall and pleased with the eventual result. Thank you.
