Scott, the Engineer, arrived on time and did a very professional job on installing a new sink and under cupboard. There was a fair bit of new pipework to do, and we are very pleased with the end result. We are new to the area, and Lewingtons were recommended by a local plumbing merchants.

Good plumbing service and at a reasonable price. I have used Lewington's for my oil fired central heating and they provide very good dependable service.

Guys turned up promptly, confirmed what work was required, informing me they had bought the spares I believed I needed (I used to be an engineer).

Advised me of all work carried out and possible potential issues if fault reoccurs.

This will be our second time using Lewingtons for our annual boiler service. The engineers are very professional and Lewis always responds promptly to get us booked in (even at short notice). Would 100% recommend!

On 14/12/21 aranged a replacement of bathroom radiator and valves, as existing one leaking and had to be turned off. Date fixed as 07/01/22. Requested confirmation of booking on 16/12/21with no reply to email. Requested confirmation again on 05/01/22, again with no reply. Telephone call to check on 06/01/22 to discover job not booked and can't be done for another week. So, no heating December to January in the bathroom waiting for a job to be done that never got booked, and repeated requests for confirmation missed or ignored by Jack, the office manager (?).
In addition to the cold bathroom, I booked a day off work to accommodate their (non) visit at not inconsiderable loss of income to my business.
Not professional Mr Lewington, I have used your company in the past for boiler servicing and repairs, but that business has now been moved to the local plumbing company who took pity on us and did the work, to a high standard, today. I suspect Jack needs some training from the lady who usually deals with customers.

Initial visit and discussion very satisfactory, and all questions answered honestly. On the day, the engineer arrived on time, was polite, careful to keep mess to an absolute minimum. He worked consistently hard, achieved a good result, and didn't finish till he was absolutely sure it was all working. I am delighted with the new radiator which has transformed my newly insulated conservatory into a lovely room which I can use all winter. It's been shut up from autumn till spring for the last 14 years. Wonderful. Thank you Lewingtons!
