K Lewington Heating and Gas Specialists Ltd Reviews 

Having been promised by Lewington’s Gas & Heating that they would call between 11am to 1pm to fix my hot water problem no one turned up.
Having waited nearly two weeks for them to return with the required part they, once contacted by phone, now say the part needs to be ordered again.
What annoys me is the lack of courtesy exhibited by this firm. No one bothered to tell us that they were not going to show. Wasting our time waiting for them does not seem to to bother them.

I have used Lewingtons for several years and find them to be very professional and courteous. The engineers are happy to explain all aspects of the job they are doing and also answer any questions.

Leaky boiler - called Lewington and had a friendly chat. Lads came out following morning and replaced the faulty part. They were very informative, knowledgable and helpful. Job done!

I have been happy to employ Lewingtons for my heating and boiler problems over the past few years and recommend them to you.
They are always courteous, efficient and helpful and try to solve problems as quickly as possible.

Had new shower waste fitted which had to be accessed via kitchen ceiling. Work completed quickly and ceiling will only need a touch of paint to restore. Cannot fault the gentleman who did the job

First Class Service
Have used Lewingtons for a number of years, including today. They arrived shortly after I called re an issue with my central heating and immediately resolved the issue

The Engineer arrived on time, and took care to protect us from any Covid dangers. He was efficient and courteous and helpful with advice. He even gave us help in sorting out a lock on the gas meter cover and broken drain pipe.

Boiler broke down in cold weather and Lewingtons's identified the problem very quickly and replaced boiler speedily. They are expert and reliable.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Left pensioner with leaking water heater and has to have full heating on just to get hot water. Promises of returning constantly broken since December 7th 2020. Fly by night company, o ly given 1 star because had to

We fined Lewingtons to be very satisfactory, they carry out servicing for a number of our tenants. They are very helpful with the tenants and I have not had any complaints.

Excellent service given by Lewington in installing 2 new radiators and a replacement stopcock in our home. Special shout out to the engineer (name unknown) who worked alone all day in freezing conditions and did a magnificent job. He arrived on time, was polite and considerate, and cleared up afterwards. Great job.
