Its rare these days to find a company which operates to such high standards providing first rate service.

We had a fault with our shower pump, it was not switching off with shutting the tap. The engineer came to check and see if it was fixable. He found there was debris in the pipes and cleared this but there was a problem with the auto switch in the pump which was not repairable. We then purchased a replacement which was later fitted. The system now works as good as new if not better. Throughout the engineer was courteous and helpful and whole work done in a timely manner.

Quick, efficient and knowledgable. Very happy. And prices very reasonable to boot.

It took a little longer than expected. The toilet seat in the upstairs toilet was admirable; it's nice to have a slow declining seat again. The wrong part was genuinely supplied for the downstairs toilet. Hence the delay, but the engineer was polite and efficient; he returned with the right part a few days later and fixed it.

Very good and prompt action received from Lewington's to sort out a few little jobs for us that had occurred during lockdown. The plumber observed the health and safety and social distancing measures that are crucial in these times and now everything is back in good working order! Many thanks

Boiler breakdown during annual service yesterday at 1pm. Engineer visit at 2:30pm. Problem identified and part ordered by 3:30pm. Appointments for next day moved around which meant Calum was with us by 8:30 am next day. And all sorted. AMAZING service. Well done Team Lewington!!

We have now had two Annual Checks on our boiler installed in January 2018. On both occasions the young service engineers have been highly efficient, polite and demonstrated an obvious clear understanding of their job.Thank you for excellent service.

Had a dripping tap which was getting worse. It, by previous experience, would not have been deemed urgent and wouldn’t have been sorted into 2020 by some firms we have used, but it was sorted efficiently within days by Lewington’s. Recommended!

We've used Lewington a few times now and the latest was for a boiler breakdown. Called them first thing in the morning and they had someone round and the boiler was fixed before lunch. Great service, very professional, friendly and reasonable! Would highly recommend them.
