I bought the heart-shaped tritium earring for piercing (I have 8 including my cartilages and multiple lobe piercings). I have extremely sensitive ears - so I was happy to see an affordable company with jewelry. However, I tried to put the earring into two of my cartilages in both ears and it made them bleed because the post was too wide. Which is okay.. but then I cleaned it and put it in one of my lobes and it turned my whole ear red and hot and I had it on for less than 5 minutes. Seemed like it the earring was just titanium coated. I had to take out all of my piercings and put salt water and ice on it before it calmed down. I am so upset -- more than that I tried to contact the company privately on Instagram and I have gotten no response.

Very bad customer service. They do not get back to you .Their product is pretty but didnt realize their product was so low quality. Wore it first time and didnt realize the bead dropped off

I first came across this brand through Marks & Spencer and saw they were having a sale so decided to purchase a variety of items. I like the design of the jewellery but unfortunately I would say they are poorly made. A necklace I ordered arrived with the chain already visibly tarnished. It is a low price point but even so I was disappointed and unlikely to order again.

The customer service team dealt with my query in a professional and timely manner. Great service and an excellent example from a UK company. Give their website a look. Lovely stunning jewellery at really great prices.

I ordered earrings and the earrings were faulty. The earrings were replaced and I received a replacement the next day.

I love the actual necklaces - they were just what I wanted, so this review on the basis of that would be 5 stars...but I was so disappointed to find that after one wear, (where the necklace came in contact with my skin the chunkiest one made my neck itch so had to get it off as soon as I could) and when I took it off i could see that the metal was really discoloured. (like the silver colour has come off and it was all browny black underneath). This was soo disappointing. Maybe the coating was faulty? I would love a replacement as I feel like I can't wear it again..

Ordered a ring using Debenhams, website,owned by Boohoo.Dhl couriers delivered it to the wrong address ( second time, not correctly delivered),I had contacted DHL to inform them exactly where my address is. The envelope was delivered the next day opened 9am by receipient, I had no reply when I went to the address the day before.I had placed replacement paid for order , Debenhams refused to cancel rmthis order,Dhl were informed to return to sender, informed them of correct address.Hermes/ Evri refused to return specific Debenhams parcels, refusal of delivery, I had to return at Post office the not wanted items.

Originally saw this ring in M&S, unfortunately they didn't have my size but as I had bought the matching earrings I did some research online and found Liars and Lovers had the same ring in my size. I've never bought rings online I checked how to measure for finger ring sizing and ordered. It fits me perfectly. So pleased with it and quality for the price is really good. Will definitely shop here again. The ring is hallmarked sterling silver 925. Only downside is I would have liked a pendant similar in colour and design.

Great necklace

Customer service is appalling, I’ve emailed twice and DMed on Instagram four times as I’ve received the wrong item.
I also returned some earrings and haven’t heard anything about my return nor have I been refunded
