Came pretty quickly ans looks really nice!!!
Only thing are that the 'chain' feels quite cheap and not very sturdy... also the clasp doesnt shut on it's own and I have to manually shut it each time I put it on.. does look very nice though x

Whilst the staff were very nice proceed with caution
Whilst the staff were very nice - the piercer was chatting so much he put in the wrong earring and had to change it after the fact which was very painful and likely aggravated the wound. The metal earring I bought from them resulted in many problems so after 7 months I bought a 14c gold earring and then the piercing very slowly started to improve. I had the helix piercing a year ago and it is still healing. Regardless of what they tell you is okay - DO NOT wash your hair for a few days and keep the area clean and dry for 6 months (do not let your ear sit under water or running water in the shower until at least 6 months has passed). I was told it was okay to wash my hair and for the ear to get wet in the shower - it led to many issues all of which were painful. Good luck!
