Missing item in order
My order arrived on time but an item was missing. It said ‘no stock’ on the receipt, but I was charged for the order and was not told whether I would receive it when restocked. When I sent an email I did not receive a response and there has been no refund. Such a shame since the jewellery is lovely but this brand needs to improve their customer service and communication.

Rubbish
Everything lost its finish within a couple of days and I ended up with a black neck. One item was not as described and all items are now a totally different colour. Sad because I didn’t peg them as discount store cheap items. Should have gone to primark. Better quality.

Disappointed
Honestly? For the price I paid I was disappointed with the finish/build quality. I get that the studs are made in solid gold, but if you are going to sell something as piercing jewellery with a stated gauge measurement then that should be accurate. I was looking for 1mm gauge, which these were stated as, but maybe 1 of the 4 studs is really 1mm, the others are more like 0.8mm which is basically a standard little butterfly stud size, not the precise gauge given on the product - so I can't wear them as intended and it's not what I was shopping for. The claw settings on the tiny stones are rough-edged, one of them arrived quite bent and the ball screw-back dented. Basically I'm put off buying from them again if I can't trust the description for the price they're asking, which is quite high...
