Falling pendant
Delivery was slightly delayed but my main problem was with their beaded necklaces that have pendants on, I have bought 3 of these and on each one the pendant has fallen off of the string necklace on the first wear.

I emailed customer service and they emailed me back immediately with a very warm and personable message and issued a new necklace free of charge. What more could you ask for in terms of customer service!

Very speedy delivery. However the available stock online does not get live updated, so both times I ordered something, I had items that were out of stock. Bit frustrating, but they did refund me immediately, and offered a 10% discount the second time it happened.

Love them!
The earrings I ordered arrived within a few days without any issues and wrapped nicely.
They’re in fact a second pair. I liked them so much the first time I had to have them again. I recently damaged the first pair I bought 1.5 years ago in their Soho shop. Love them! Couldn’t be happier!
