Excellent Service
Karen‘s support through the refinancing process was excellent. At times I was getting frustrated with the bank and Karen was very supportive and reassuring during the review period of the loan application. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Karen to others.

Fantastic, must have bothered Karen a bit with so many questions but Karen is so willing to help. Very reassuring after a not great experience with the last broker, Karen was deadset honest and made the process so easy.
