Ordered 3 smoke alarms and 1 heat alarms. Arrived promptly but the on/off switches on the smoke alarms came off. Linked up alarms sent out three replacements immediately - most impressed.

The ceiling fixings come with screws (no adhesive fixing provided,) the alarm unit is not the tightest of fixing to the roof fitting.(keep away from vibrations liable to shake unit)

Best price for linked alarms. Fast delivery, easy to link and install. Feel better now we’re Scottish Government compliant. Would recommend! Only issue is having to replace in 10 years.

This is an excellent service. Simple to understand bundle deals . Self serve if bundles don’t suit . Price excellent for bundle or individual and I compared a lot of prices elsewhere.

Ordered in January and they arrived in March..supply and demand issues there. Once arrived setup instructions were clear and well written and commission of the system was simple.

I previously installed a neighbours system by another company with difficulty and found linkedup’s system Far superior.

I cannot say enough, as I had a fault alarm which was replaced within two day no quibble.
I put alarms in place and had bother linking them, asked for a prompt and they phoned me and all linked within 5 minutes. I cannot say enough about the after sales company. If only all companies were this good.
The girl on phone was so helpful and knowledgable, and polite.

It took two days for my order to arrive which I think is great. At first I couldn’t get the co2 alarm to switch on but I emailed the company and they got back almost immediately with instructions which explained how to do it. My fault. Synchronising them was very easy and installing them was a breeze. I bought some m3 65mm round magnetic stickers for smoke detectors and that made the job really easy and quick with no mess. Great product with great customer service.
