I bought this tool not for building out podcasts but to convert websites and pdfs into audio so that I can consume the information faster. It works fast. Some of the transitions are a bit goofy in that it will spell some words out instead of saying them. The voices are excellent as well.

Listnr comes in very handy for converting my blog posts into audio so that my audience can have an extra option for how they want to consume my content. It's very easy to use and comes with a good selection of voices and languages. I hope the team keeps improving it!

I mainly bought Listnr to add an audio feature to my blogs, this is a great solution for doing super quick audios of our blogs, you can basically do them in a couple of minutes, now I can embed the audio file on my side bar and let visitors listen instead of reading.

I do like it because there are many voices and it provides a quick easy way to expand the reach of my blog post into other forms of comms. Mobile app will be very useful and I hear it's coming soon fingers crossed

The feature set of Listnr, esp. for podcast is good, as how it can transform the podcasts. Rollover credits.

But my usecase if creating voiceover, two things that have to be improved is

the downloaded file's bitrate is too low, may it can help for podcast streaming to save data, but for voiceover we need 320kbps atleast, where as the competing Play Ht offers uncompressed wav, that would be essential for the users who use the downloaded files to use in their edit.

And need more natural sounding voices, bit rate plays the role in that as well.

Listnr is the perfect tool for content creators who want the best-sounding AI voice overs ready and accessible at their fingertips.

Already got play.ht for blog audio generation, but grabbed this one for voice over and text to voice feature.

I would love to see:
- More types of voices: would be nice if there’s more natural, and more tones and emphasis to choose. For Spanish/female, for explain, there’s only Neural)

I am creating several videos for my clients with guides & tutorials. The problem is my voice is horrible and needed some voiceover servcices/software. I tested more than 6 different options until I discovered Listnr. First I signed up for a test drive, but that same day I purchased a Lifetime license.
What made me purchase a software so fast? The spanish voices. From all tools I tested, Listnr stood out above the others. I don't really know what kind of AI algorithm they are using, but it sound great. I have to keep digging into the other software features though.

Listnr genuinely surprised me by the quality of the voices and the podcast feature. It is rare for these two to be available in one software. To add value, embedding audio files is easy. There is also a new extension that allows converting articles to speech using the very good voices that Listnr offers. This is good value for money and highly recommended for people looking for high quality text-to-speech. There are also multiple voices per language that covers a lot of different styles of speech. I’m surprised it offers a lot of languages, and even different accents for some languages like English.

Support is also amazing and responsive to queries and concerns. The only major thing lacking (which they are working on) are mobile apps; although, the site itself already looks fine on mobile.

Overall, highly recommended and really worth it!

1. You're starting your own podcast or

3. You need diverse set of languages for your podcast.

I have also found that there are many options such as changing the intonation of the voice which is perfect for me.

Suggestion: It would be nice to have an option to listen before converting the text in order to save my credit.

Listnr has been a great platform to store my podcast, and the automated text to speech voices are top-notch. I've been using their service for about 2 months now and I think it's the best option for both hosting podcasts and for turning articles into audio that doesn't sound very robotic.

Listnr is a new product, but it has amazing potential, not just by the general idea that you can transform your blogs to podcasts, but because of the dedication of the founder. He is very dedicate to his product, and he replied to my questions with patience.
Listnr allows you to host your podcast, on top of that you can transform your blogs to podcast or even use the text to speech in other creative ways. The webpage and design is great, which is a testament of a well thought product.
If you are still shy about recording your voice and show it to the world this is a great solution, also is a great solution because google ranks better if you have audio, and they are constantly pushing this feature. With this tool you get that with just a few clicks.
