Excellent service. Easy to book on line. Prompt in actioning and an easy to read, thorough, detailed report with a helpful follow up call to discuss the details after. Report was written and issued within 3 days. Would recommend.

My survey was very easy to book and it was great value. The report came back very detailed with lots of photos. David was the surveyor who did the report and he called me promptly on the day that was arranged to discuss his findings. He was very friendly and he made things very easy to understand. I would have no hesitation in recommending London and Kent Surveyors to my family and friends.

I'm really happy that I chose London & Kent Surveyors for my survey. The flat I'm purchasing is a loft conversion and getting a good view of things like the roof using drones really made this stand out for me. Samuel was fantastic. Service was excellent from the moment we booked the survey, after the survey was carried out we received a very thorough break down of what was found. Kieran was superb when we had our follow up call and ran through any questions we had putting our mind at easy.

Pretty decent overall, some pros are they use a drone to surveil the roof which not all surveyors do. Negatives are that they don't give any prices for remediation so it's difficult to immediately judge what kind of budget you are in for!

They do offer a follow up call to clarify the report which is very helpful.

Couldn’t fault them. First time I have had to do a level 2 survey. Company spoke both myself and my partner through it and the follow up call with Kieran helped us with any questions following the survey. Speedy service and would use again in the future!

Excellent service, very easy to book the survey on our prospective house purchase. Kept fully informed throughout, told when survey had been completed and received the survey timely. I recently used Kent and London Surveyors for a Level 3 survey, and I was very impressed with their service.
The reception team was always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I called. The surveyor was professional, punctual, and kept me informed throughout the process.
I was initially given the first available appointment, but when a cancellation became available, they proactively contacted my estate agent and arranged an earlier survey, which helped speed things up considerably.
The service was efficient from start to finish, and I am now waiting for the report as promised. I would highly recommend Kent and London Surveyors to anyone looking for a professional and reliable surveying company.
