Many thanks for your feedback - having double checked the order I can see it's the built-to-order lock which took the extra time - this is quite normal but am also aware that there have been the occasional further delay on these this year due to minimal staffing at the factory - so if this was an extended delay then we do sincerely apologise for this.
We trust the lock was received well after said delay, and hope it's now fitted and serving its purpose for years to come :-)

Poor after sales help.
Lock and delivery were fine.
When I wanted more keys and a different colour barrel they didn’t get back to me.
Was a bit disappointed .

Unfortunately, having checked our email ticketing system, we have received no correspondence from you at all, so this is why you have not had a response - please consider reducing the size of any attachments if there were any, as this could be the reason for non-delivery perhaps?
In either case we assure you that every email gets responded to, and in addition you'll receive an auto-responder confirming receipt, so if you do not receive a response at all then it is always worth re-sending it!

Shocking Service. Wont be going back
I ordered door handles internalionally and was charged £15 (Plus VAT) international delivery and recieved the wrong item (Fault of locks on line) - in a jiffy envelope I might add.
I had to return the item beore they would send me the correct item. I asked for £15 delivery to cover the costs (I returned it in a box) which they would not refund until they recieved the item. I have now recieved the correct item and I asked them for the £15 international delivery charge I was charged. They are offering £4.95 plus VAT. Shocking service. They messed up, at least pay me what I was charged by locks on line.
Update: After 13 emails in total and 11 to customer "SUPPORT" I have finally got my payment for my delivery to return the goods with the mistake they made. On my last 2 emails recieved, the vadility of my receipt was questioned and claims they have asked for this on several occasions, completely fabricated and havnt once retracted or apoligised for this. The amount of time wasted on trying to get this payment on both sides is laughable. Customer service at its worst.... I could go on and on about the various digs and accusations made by this member of their team... I would rather sped £2000 on a new door than buy spare parts from locks on line. Mistakes happen, no problem, make good on your mistake and your customers will come back.
