part arrived promptly working well
window lock part arrived promptly and was installed with a bit fiddling and now working fine - much more difficult getting The old broken part out. Will be much more straight forward should I need to replace another window lock

A great company with great customer services.
Requested keyed alike locks was told it could take a few days but turned up the next day :-) One bathroom lock was missing, phoned to let them know. The missing lock was sent out and received the next day. A great company with great customer services.

Ordered ASEC locks for garage. They answered my queries promptly. They told me when the product would be delivered and it arrived 2 days later as they promised.
Product was high quality and very reasonably priced.

Security Key Copy
I had a few queries about getting a copy of a EVVA DPS key for the flat i rent.They were very helpful and much cheaper than Timpsons who quoted £45 and said i needed written consent from the landlord which was a load of nonsense!!
It cost about £17 with LocksOnline including postage and no formal consent was required in the end!

Upvc door handle
Arrived as ordered no problems , but had to make slight alterations to the handle to make it fit so would have been a problem for someone who’s not a trade person . But on the whole it was excellent quality and did the job.
