Hello guys be careful not recommended site,they are not trusted. Take a look at the answer that the give me for a very bad/doa product.
“I have had correspondence with the supplier this morning. They have assessed the photos that you have supplied. They expressed that the lock would not have left the factory in that condition and that the evidence provided lends itself to the lock being opened, given that the spring is protruding from the side of the lock.
In this case, a refund would not be authorised by the supplier. However, they are willing for you to return the product for repair. The shipping costs in this case would be at your cost.

Absolutely brilliant, honest service
I have been looking for a cutlery tray to fit inside a hidden drawer for several months, not only on line but also in Kitchen and DIY stores. Locks on Line found the correct one for me and it arrived in 12 hours from ordering. I now have a very tidy, perfectly fitting drawer!

Brilliant customer service
I ordered window limiters after a discussion with the knowledgeable staff. The order was speedily delivered, but one was slightly damaged. I called the company, and a replacement was immediately sent out; no quibbles, no queries. The new lock arrived as quickly as the first.
I've always believed that a company stands or falls on its customer service, and LocksOnline.com were truly excellent.

The website information and videos made selecting the right item (waste disposal unit) straightforward. The online 'chat' about delivery date was clear. Surprisingly, the delivery date I requested was immediately accepted! And the item arrived as expected. Perfect! Highly recommend this company.

Great Service
I placed an order with LocksOnline but unfortunately there was an item missing from the order I rang their sales dept. The call was quickly answered and I reported the missing item. I was assured by Adam that the missing part would sent promptly This was around 2:00pm. The following morning, at 8:30am a parcel arrived with the missing part. Certainly a company I am happy to recommend and will deal with again.
