Extremely disappointed. Work started in November 2025 and is still not finished due to fundamental calculation errors. The lack of accuracy has caused endless delays and rework. Avoid if you want a project completed on time and correctly.

From beginning to end fantastic service. Ross who came out was friendly and professional. Only a small loft so didn't take long to do. Love the ladder and loft hatch.
Only problem was the light, given only one, it would of been nice to receive a few more within the price!

I was very impressed with the reliability and workmanship of this company. Communication was professional and informative. Ross the fitter turned up on time, was very respectul to my property and did a top quality job.
My one gripe with the whole experience was being told by the surveyor that I wouldn't need to redecorate or touch up the paintwork once my new loft hatch had been fitted. This turned out to be incorrect as the new hatch was several inches narrower, therefore leaving a small area needing to be plastered and then painted. If I had been informed of this initially I would have given a 5 star rating.

Ross & Wilson have done a fantastic job, thank you both so very much,
they have turned a disgruntled customer into a very happy customer.
Even with the issues I have had, the Loft Doctor, Ross & Wilson have been able to resolve them.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Loft Doctor.

You were so friendly from the reception staff very quick to start. And price wise really good your electrician was very friendly and efficient and Scott, the young man who actually did the loft was so friendly so OCD keeping any mess he cleaned up. He was so caring as to what we wanted constantly checking Thank you All so very much for a Brilliant job were so pleased

Had a Survey but a week later still waiting for a quote!

Scot and Nick were true gents during the whole process of building the room in the loft they went through what they will be doing today and complete the work they ensured that the area was kept clean and tidy.
Once the work had finished they asked me to check to make that I am happy with their work I could not fault they have done. Would highly recommend the loft dr Scot and Nick 10/10.

Stuart and Connor are the backbone of this business, there was admittedly a few small issues with measurements and such when it came to installation of my loft but the lads still worked extremely hard to complete the loft in the expected timeframe and left my house completely spotless like they had never been there! Get these lads a raise and an expenses paid holiday!

Had this company round for a difficult clean up (after complete roof renewal the week before), and full loft boarding. Initial problems caused by the surveyor not conveying correctly to the office parts of the job agreed, were quickly sorted out by Anthony (Installer), and Maria & Caroline in the office. The guy's, Anthony, Scott & Wilson, all worked their doo-dars off, turned up on time, we're polite (nice bit's of banter), and completed the Job to a excellent level of proffesionalism. I would have no problem highly recommending this company for any type of loft work. Many thanks again to Caroline, Maria, Anthony, Scott & Wilson. Nige & family. Blackpool🧡

David and Scott came today to install a suspended floor in my loft and were professional, friendly and considerate from the moment they knocked on the door. Anthony was fantastic- respectful towards us and the property, kind and professional. He explained everything and carried out the work in the time agreed which looks fantastic, clearing everything up to a high standard. The Loft Doctor have been great with communication throughout. Throughout, Marie andthe office staff were incredibly helpful and professional.
Anthony and his team who carried out the job were awesome. Not only were they proper grafters, they are very pleasant lads, respectful of my property, completed the job to a high standard and everything was cleaned up afterwards.
My only negative is that the initial survey was poor, meaning that when the team arrived to do the job, they couldn't. I had recommended this company to my neighbour who also had this issue. I felt really bad for the lads who were getting exasperated at the amount of times this happens.
In summary survey needs improving, everything else was flawless.

Before and after service brilliant, didn't feel as if i was being pushed into making a quick decision, very good price compared to other loft fitting companies. Fitter was also brilliant, job completed quickly, no mess left. When I enquired with ladies at the company regarding a replacement LED light, I received 2 personally delivered.

Do Not Use.

Order delivered incorrectly, damage to property and refused to make right the mess.
