Got rough casting windows and guttering off this company. So pleased with the finish. House looks like new build. So many good comments from neighbours. Guys did a professional job too. Cleaned up too, no hassle

Thank you to the team of workers from Lomond Improvements for their quick response to the roofing damage as new roof replaced and old one taken away in no time at all. The team are professional and friendly with the cost being affordable too. Highly recommended 👌

I would recommend the workmen who carried out the work but as for the total experience not so much, First when the work started there was no Shute to take the old roof straight into the skip which meant the material was getting scattered onto the footpath and road, contacted Lomond and was told it would be sorted next day, never happened. On completion when scaffolding was removed noticed decking area was damaged again reported to Lomond and was told they passed it to the scaffolding company as yet no response, as my wife is a childminder we could not allow this to go on and had to get it repaired at our own expense.
Unfortunately I would not recommend Lomond Improvements, even when the workmen were excellent there after sales support is not what is expected from a company of this size

Salesman tactics are disgusting!

Has one of the salesman in my house asking so my question gathering personal information and when I ask what the price is 3 times I didn't get any answer.. really feels like some mortgage company not a people that do ROUGHCASTING ☺️ be safe and avoid this company. IGNORE THIS COMPANY BAD REVIEW RESPONDS THEY are JUST TRYING TO COVER THEY're SCAMMING TACTICS!!

House was roughcasted n roof replaced.Straight away we noticed the mess, numerous cigarette ends all over the garden,plus small grey plastic screw or nail type things...

That however is not the main thing, the gutters were damaged whilst they were doing the roof,they then patched it up with black sealant, hoping we wouldn't notice...and we didn't...until it started raining!!

Call after call to them was ignored by the looks of it for weeks, then eventually we got someone who came out,had a quick look then buggered off within 4mins maximum, all without chapping our door (we were in)

Next thing they get back In touch to say they'll replace the full front gutter n repair the back which they also damaged & told our neighbour they'd fixed but hadn't..

Shortly after the stuff was delivered....and there it lay...and lay....and lay.....

Until this weekend,where someone came out n replaced the front (not sure about the back yet)

I went out with the dog this morning and it was raining, all I could hear was drip drip drip... plus the front wall beside the pipe was wet YET again....

SO IT'S STILL NOT FIXED....

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE FEBRUARY!!

Could someone take some kind of responsibility from this company please ???????

Had my roof replaced by Lomand. Everyone was lovely from sales, to admin, to install team and roofers. New roof looks great, very happy with it :)

Had Lomond out to complete a new roof was vey pleased from start to finish with ther work very pleasant & friendly guys nothing was too much for them would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Lomond. The rep who did my quote was fantastic and I decided to go ahead. They kept me updated the whole way through and the roof was installed quickly and professionally. I highly recommend using Lomond to anyone.

Just had a new roof , work was complete within 2 days, roof looks good. But unfortunately found the roofers to be very messy and damaged my neighbours storage box which they are still waiting to be contacted with regards to them being reimbursed for. Skip in my drive but they did not use a funnel into the skip was bits of rumble from removing the roof landed in the neighbours drive luckily they had moved their car or it would of been damaged. Roof finished 2 weeks ago still have scaffolding up and skip in my drive which where it's been placed doesnt leave alot of room to access my front door and can't park my car on the drive. My roof has not been cheap, expect better service and safety from roofers!

Lomond improvements recently roughcasted my house . I felt they absolutely need to improve there communication with there customers. I found that the delays to when work would start very frustrating , I only stirred them into action by putting a review on trust pilot , I got an immediate response to that , I was asked to take the review down as it did not paint a very good picture of this company . Work then miraculously started , even though I had been waiting since November 3rd 2021 for the work to be done .
Could not believe the speed to which the work was done , if they got thru jobs that quickly why did I wait so long ! Did not like the fact that I was asked for the balance virtually soon as the job was finished , didn't like there attitude. I did pay in full, but felt the price tag did not reflect the service I received. Would not and will not recommend this company to anyone

From start to finish lomond roofing we're awesome. The salesman was down to earth yet proffesional everyone was punctual and very accommodating. Communication from the office surveyor builders was perfect at no time was I wondering what was going on. Final product was amazing looks like a totally different house thanx so much

They came, they put the new roof, they left.
Roof looks very good.
No complaints.

Lomond where very professional in all aspects of work done with my new roof, job was done quicker than I thought only taking 2 days to strip and place a new roof on, the standard of work is incredible, the guys were all very easy to talk to and the office gave me constant updates on when supplies or delays occurred... We got our Roof done in Mid February so the weather was difficult, but the guys were great... can't believe how much I would encourage people to use these guys and I'm not really one for writing reviews but... I'm 100% happy with the end product and very happy with the price.

I cannot thank Jordan enough for the absolute brilliant job with our new door the amount of comments on it is lovely. Rough casting guys in and got the job done and again beautiful job! Only down side was the sales man Joe! Promises you the world would see to use personally and he would give me a big bunch of flowers and prosecco for the problems we had at the beginning. Once the deal was done at his side never seen or heard from him again made calls to him and text as well as emailed but no reply! Still waiting on my flowers and prosecco. Our job did take sometime this was due to covid to be fair. I would say communication could improve slightly with the company. I would recommend the company it is pricey but happy with both door and rough casting and was the only way we would ever be able to afford so overall very happy with the job. Sorry I wanted up to date as you had replied and I want to answer. Joe seen to us in April 2021 the review is only going on as the job took some time to get started and Joe was not absent at the time of dealing with us! Thank you

Had all windows and doors replaced. Regular updates between ordering and installation from Lindsay in their office. Jordan and his team were fabulous- arrived on time, all done within two days and no mess. Great service, great quality and a great price. Would highly recommend.

Had new roof and rough casting done in November was supposed to be earlier but the weather was awful was kept informed constantly as time went on.
Excellent job done on both and once started very quick in completing.
Really pleased with results.

Fitted in one day!
They were kind and helpful. Communication could have been a little better, but everytime I contacted them they were responsive, friendly & happy.
They came and go it done quickly.
Sent an impartial surveyor as promised who was happy with the work.

Although the work was delayed the guys did get the job done within 3 days as I was working when the work was being done it looks great.

Rip off merchants
Would not use this company again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone for windows. We are left paying a lot of money for a really bad job and when we didn't want to sign the satisfaction form when the job was "finished" in last week before Xmas we were threatened with legal action instead of remedial action. Left feeling totally ripped off and with the worst job I have ever seen on the interior finish. Do not use them.

I had my roof replaced 12 months ago and I am still waiting on the damage caused to my roughcast and my guttering to be fixed. I felt intimidated into agreeing to sign the completion paperwork even though I was told that's just roofers mate. Declan promised to deal with the issues personally, that was June 2021.I have given them several opportunities to fix the issues but unfortunately these issues will now have to be paid from my own pocket. Honestly anyone thinking of using this company please use any other company there customer support is non existent and they couldn't care less once they have the money in there account. This has been a very costly mistake. AVOID LOMAND HOME IMPROVEMENTS AT ALL COSTS.
