Avoid! I ordered a ring and a week later it got refunded. No ring. To be fair I got my money back OK but when I asked why it got refunded I got ignored.

Hi Stuart, we only refund if something is maybe out of stock or there’s a website error. Also even if we refund you 5 minutes after you order the bank system can take 5-7 working days to process.
Sorry we didn’t get back to you normally all emails or messages are replied to within 48 hours but this doesn’t mean a few may slip through the net. Again apologies and we’re glad you have the refund.

Placed an order which is still sitting as unfulfilled status. Company will not respond to messages or emails. Had to go back to my credit card company to recover the money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE

Made an order still haven’t received after 2 weeks. Sent several emails trying to contact and had no response at all. Extremely disappointed and frustrating after buying from this combat many times before. Will never purchase from again and definitely would not recommend

Not good at all I Ordered some earrings for a Christmas present oder was confirmed got an upday saying my order was being packed for dispatch. So obviously thought all was good 3 days later got a email from them say your money has been refunded and could take up to 10 days to go back in my account 🙄 no explanation apology nothing. So I emailed to find out why and then told a system error and the site was showing stock they didn't have .ok things go wrong but would of been nice to be told this in the email saying you have been refunded . Won't use them again verry poor customer service

I haven't received it.
£4.99 for express delivery for a ring for my partners birthday and 8 days later still not arrived and no dispatch email.
I will need to buy something else to give on the day now to avoid disappointment and will expect a refund on 'express delivery' as it clearly isnt.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered a ring. The website said its available. 2 minute later I get a refund email with not further information. Took days for a response to say the ring was out of stick yet the website still says it is available. It took over days to receive the refund. In the mean time the price of the ring has gone up on the website. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Very unsatisfactory
