AVOID AT ALL COSTS FUMING 😡
Purchased a bracelet for £350 supposed to be real gold for my fiancés birthday .
Purchased it in January for her birthday 1/3 and the clasp has broken and also the band has cracked and split .
Apparently LONDON FIFTH AVENUE JEWELLERY have no warranty for there products as I have been told that I’m not able to exchange or refund the product .
Used this company countless times in the past purchased all my jewellery for our wedding in July and previous items no problems .. THIS IS A JOKE . NEVER AGAIN. POOR SERVICE , POOR PRODUCT!

Hi Billy, unfortunately warranty covers an item that's faulty not one that's been worn for months and damaged due to ill care. I am so sorry the item has been bent out of shape. unfortunately its not something we can fix. you have been a good customer over the years and we are sad to lose you. the discount on your next order will still stand as a good will gesture.

Purchased a cross over a month ago, requested a 20 inch chain. Was sent a 16 by mistake still waiting my replacement
