I ordered an extra large Alpine green Samsonite luggage and I bought it during the sale and a few days after I purchased I was informed that it had been out of stock. I was devastated, however, at first, someone from the team allowed me to either swap for a different luggage of a similar price, but then they went the extra mile to find out when their next supply was coming for the exact luggage I wanted. After they did they made sure that exact luggage was delivered safe safely to my home. I’m ever so grateful as I need it for my travels at the end of the month thank you so much to the team !

One of the few deliveries I've recieved with no issues recently. Excellent service considering how quickly the item was shipped sameday after my initials being embossed on the item.

Ordered luggage, they delivered within expected time, however, I also got another order. It was all sorted and the people who I had contact with were nice. These things happen so no real issue.

Bag itself (wheeled Victorinox) is excellent, packaging it was delivered in was not. Just dumped in an old samsonite box, no bag around it, no other packing, box was barely hanging together when it arrived. Fortunately contents were ok.
