The delivery company was crap
The order that I placed for three planters was great. It all went wrong with the delivery company who delivered it to somebody in Yorkshire instead of the West Midlands where I was based.
The delivery company left the package in front of my door where I live, and there was nobody in on the documentation it said they left the package to my instructions in the porch. We do not have a porch if things go missing it is due to the delivery company.

Great customer service!
I bought 12 of the 40x40x40cm pots from them, yes 12!. 4 got delivered originally, but emailed to just check that the rest were coming (I weren’t worried, just wanted to check). Spoke with a lovely Lou that responded to my email, and kept me in the loop at every moment, so 5 stars to Lou for doing that for me and resolved the case by the next morning (as I emailed about 4:30pm). The pots themselves are perfect for what I needed them for and good quality too. Thank you guys

Speedy and helpful customer service
I ordered a garden lantern and when it arrived it was broken, I took pictures and emailed them over and by mid day the next day, another lantern was dispatched and on its way. The lanterns are lovely, great price and perfect in my garden, very happy with the service and have recommended to family. Thank you for your speedy response.

Great centres to visit.
I contacted their head office to ask for a donation as a raffle prize for a fundraising event I am organising and they quickly responded saying they would be able to donate to us. This is massively appreciated as I know that they are inundated with such requests.
