Very nice little coffee machine

Not sure why these guys are getting bad reviews. I received my L'OR BARISTA SUBLIME + 150 CAPSULES BUNDLE within a week, and I am very pleased with it. It is easy to use; it looks good, it makes a really nice expresso, and it comes with recyclable pod bags, which is brilliant.

All good for me

I was super nervous reading the reviews but really really wanted the deal..so I ordered on Tuesday...and it arrived yesterday (Thursday), I've been happily trying the different pods today. Seems it may be luck of the draw?

Warning

Ordered as it was a great deal. I was then informed via Amazon delivery that the package was undeliverable due to damage. This would seem understandable until you read the other reviews. I will be contacting the police as this seems to me as fraud.

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent, do not respond to emails & phone line cuts off.
I ordered a coffee machine & pod bundle & they erroneously merged the billing & delivery addresses which was enough to confuse the Amazon delivery service. Amazon email every day to advise that there is an issue with the delivery but neither company have been able to resolve the issue. Think I’m going to have to attempt a charge back from my card provider

Despite the bad reviews

Despite the bad reviews, I had a good experience. I had a first order that I returned and got the money back. Belisa from customer service helped me with the return. Then I ordered some capsules and a coffee machine as part of a bundle. I received them in 3 days. I recommend!

Not a scam, a genuine deal. All good!

Read several negative reviews on delivery and service. I thought pay by PayPal, I’ll be safe in any case. Ordered Thursday night, parcel including the machine and pods has just arrived the Sunday after. Is it a scam, no. Is it going to be a popular offer that maybe a small percentage of problems happen and hence you get reviews based on that, probably. All
I can say is my own experience. No issue at all, cannot wait to get started with nespresso and L’Or.

Scammers

I ordered some pods and a machine as part of a bundle at a great price.
They never arrived, supposedly Amazon 'lost' them.
Despite me asking for a replacement L'Or would only issue a refund and make me buy again. But guess what, the price has gone up over 50%.
As far as I can see this is an absolute scam.

I’ve had one bad experience out of 5. Just make sure you follow up with a phone call and expect to be on hold for 20 mins if your delivery hasn’t arrived after a week. Dont do what I did and wait for nearly 4 weeks for it…

Same comments as all the other poor reviews on here.
Purchased a machine on their recent offer with free pods. Item never arrived. Spent 45mins trying to get through to customer service. Was told the item had been delivered yet they were very happy to refund me instantly and offer me a 30% discount code for future purchases. I would've thought if it had ACTUALLY been delivered L'Or wouldn't willingly issue refunds without contesting the fact. Also it's worth pointing out the 30% discount code wasn't valid on anything in their online store. Rubbish service from a rubbish company.

So far so good!

Like the previous review I would never have ordered if I'd had read these reviews first. I ordered 2nd Oct and then came across these reviews so I never expected to receive my new machine. An email was received about a delay and then another that it had been despatched and yet still I had my doubts. However the parcel was received today and all was complete. I can't vouch for their customer service department which maybe bad and maybe the actual coffee machine will break down in 3 month's time but so far I have no complaints which is 100% better than was expected. The £59 offer was a great deal for 150 cups of coffee so if it breaks down in a couple of months time then sobeit. I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to in this instance and it may surprise you but according to trustpilot Nespresso seem to be just as bad.

Contrary to the other reviews on here

I checked here for L’OR espresso after purchasing the Barista Sublime bundle. If I had checked first I wouldn’t have ordered! However contrary to the other reviews my machine and all of the pods arrived complete this afternoon, very happy with it! The deal does seem too good to be true and judging by the reviews seems like a scam but I must have been a lucky one as I’m very happy with my order!

Is it a scam?

Weeks ago I signed up and paid for a machine and coffee bundle as a present for my daughters new flat.

Then got the emails saying delivery would be delayed.

Then today got an email blaming Amazon for losing loads of packages and saying they will refund me. (Seriously, how stupid do you think we are?)

Waiting for the £'s. Will not be buying any of their products. They can't be trusted

Disapponted - aviod their products

I have ordered a L'OR BARISTA SUBLIME BUNDLE on 21/09.
It seemed to be a good offer, good bundle to change from Dolce Gusto.
Everything was fine until my parcel has been returned to sender because it was incorrectly addresses.
I have sent L'OR Customer Service an email, no response.
After calling L'OR Customer Service today they have confirmed my address. It was correct.
Obviously they have ran out of products because they couldn't send me a replacement, but refunded me instead. I'm still waiting for my funds.

I will keep buying the competitors products and tell my friends and family to do the same. This is how you lose customers. I will never buy your products.

After waiting 3 weeks for a delivery…

After waiting 3 weeks for a delivery and not getting any reply from my online complaint I rang customer services. After waiting 1/2hr the rep looked into my order, and advised that the shipment had been lost and they would refund my money. He immediately hung up before I could ask for a replacement rather than a refund. Very very rude.

Non-existent custom service

Machine arrived and so far, so good. Ordered pods and got completely the wrong order. They ignore emails, social DMs and phone is off the hook or you get cut off after 30 mins. Your customer service function is letting you down massively, read all the reviews. Such a failure!

I’d give 0 stars if I could

I’d give 0 stars if I could. They take your money, leave you waiting and then claim your order was lost. Still no refund.

I stupidly asked them to still proceed with my order and they said I had to re-order and join the back of the ‘queue’. Joke marketing, joke business.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY ORDER WAS REPORTED LOST AFTER 10 DAYS WAITING. NO REFUND AND NO REPLACEMENT. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CALL FOR DAYS BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING. TODAY, AFTER 28 MINUTES ON HOLD, I FINALLY MANAGED TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT FROM INDIA WHO WAS SO RUDE THAT HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR!

Disappointed

Ordered Barista Sublime machine. Was faulty when trying for first time. Good customer service in that they offered immediate refund so I could "order another if you want".

Ordered another only to be advised delivery would be delayed. No indication of for how long. Contacted customer service via email and no response. So now waiting and waiting for either word or a coffee machine. Disappointed.
