Disappointing , coffee nice but not very hot so have to add hot water which weakens the taste

Super fast shipping!
I am shopping from the France website and buying coffee beans for espresso. Actually, the website and the product pages are don't have the necessary information such as roast type, taste, body etc. Only the intensity is written in the description. When I want to try smth new, I get information from other online retailers (usually Amazon) and after I decide, I place the order. I prefer to order here because they deliver in two days.
On my previous order, one pack was open but because of pandemic restrictions, I didn't deal with the return.
I like the coffee quality and I like the super fast shipping but better product descriptions are essential.
L'Or Nespresso pods 5*
I used to use L'Or pods in my Tassimo, but since an office move I am now in a share (15 people) of a Nespresso machine (space and socket availability)
TOP MARKS to L'Or not just for an excellent range of high quality coffees, but also for using ALUMINIUM pods which can be recycled (NOT SO the plastic ones) and run NO RISK of pods bursting in the machine (which the plastic ones CAN DO)
Do Not Subscribe To L'OR 's Emails.
I made the mistake of signing up for emails from L'OR. We have a Dolce Gusto machine, which L'OR are supposed to make pods for, but their site only seems to Nespresso pods available. As a consequence I unsubscribed, then I got another email so I unsubscribed again. This still had no effect as I have now unsubscribed five times but their emails continue to arrive. My advice to everyone is do not subscribe to their emails, you'll never get rid of them.
Updated review: much better.
A few weeks ago I would have been raving about this company, that was before I have had to deal with their poor customer service.
I placed an order on their website over 2 weeks ago now and it is still waiting to be dispatched with absolutely no communication from them. I have sent them 4 emails and filled out a contact form and received 2 responses saying: 'We are looking into this for you...'
They were very quick to take the money out of my account when I ordered but I am still yet to receive what I ordered and yet to receive any update on when I might receive the goods that I have already paid for.
It's a shame as I have never had an issue with L'or until now, I always received my order within 4-5 days as stated on their website, but to have no communication from over 2 weeks after I have ordered is very poor customer service.
Update: after the issues I had, L'or have been great, I have ordered another 2 times with them with no issues at all, had to contact customer services with one of my orders and I received a prompt response, website is also much better after update. Only 4 stars as they don't offer a next day delivery service.
If you want to beat Nespresso, you have to beat Nespresso
The main problem with the company is not the coffee - it's the delivery times - the price is comparable to nespresso and the website is meant to envoke nespresso but if you order before 5pm, then Nespresso get you the coffee the next day I'm looking at about six days.
Just too slow for a premium company when your competitor does it in a day for no addition cost.
