Great Experience!! I bought a used truck that has an older A.R.E. Fiberglass Bed Cover on it. Under the cover on the back side of the latch mechanism it said "Key Code 18". Lostakey.net was the only legitimate result when I googled looking for this Key. According to their information on their site it stated it would fit this cover and was code #18 so I decided to gamble because I couldn't find an entire lock cylinder that looked anything like the original. The keys came today and they work like a charm on the original lock. Who knows how much time and effort their accurate listing saved me! 100% would do business again. Shipped quick, arrived quick, and worked on the first order.

Very good experience with this company. Needed keys to garage door. Sent them the information and within 5 days had the keys at my house. The great thing about it was that they sent me an extra set of keys they were made a little different in case the ones I ordered were not the correct ones. Definitely will be doing business with them in the future.

We’re moving from Philly to San Antonio and noticed I lost my key to our car top carrier. Ordered from another company and didn’t work so I reordered with LOSTAKEY.NET. Worked like a charm and shipped quick! After spending alot of money on a moving service last thing I wanted to do was another 3-500 on another carrier. $40 with rushed delivery and it works like a gem!! Thanks you!!!

It's not in my nature to denigrate or chastise performance unnecessarily. Unfortunately, my experience with Lostakey (LAK) has been less than acceptable. I went to them due to their advertised ability to replace "tube" keys. I lost the extra tube key to my tool box and needed a replacement. I sent my remaining key to LAK. What came back was a complete misalignment of the replacement key's indentations. I asked LAK if anyone had actually placed the replacement "face to face" with my key to compare? I was asked to return the keys and a better machine would be used for reconstruction. The result? Exactly the same as the initial result. It's obvious NO One actually looked at the replacement key or placed it face-to-face with the original to compare. Total waste of money, time and effort. Wish it could have been a better result. John

Josh at Lostakey was terrific. I had a small problem with my order which he went above and beyond to rectify. He made every effort to make sure I was totally satisfied. Customer service and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who need this service.

I ordered a replacement key for a file cabinet at my office but when the new key arrived it did not work. Josh had me send the lock to him so he could check it for issues. He returned both the lock and key and now the file cabinet locks again with no issues. Josh went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I am very grateful. Excellent customer service is rare these days - Josh and Lostakey are to be commended.

Keycare are excellent at getting your claim sorted out within a few days of losing your keys. Lost my BMW remote key fob with Keycare fob attached. I didn't have my remote fob returned, so I notified Keycare to put a claim in. Within a few days I had a brand new BMW remote key fob from the BMW dealership which I paid for, and Keycare reimbursed me for the full amount within 48hrs. When I called them about the lose, they were very professional and helpful. 100% customer service and would fully recommend there services. Key fobs arrived promptly. They are of a good quality with a strong split ring - so the tag wont fall off.

Most services in my "Card Protection Service" are covered by my household insurance so required key loss service as this was an item not covered by my insurance and discovered Lostakey, quality product at acceptable price with exquisite customer service.

Very easy purchase. Fabulous key fobs well made sturdy metal. 8 fobs purchased cheaper than my previous policy with CPP which only allowed me two plastic flimsy key fobs that broke regularly!

I was very pleased to be introduced to lostakey.
And pleasantly surprised with their offer for service on product.

Previously had my keys registered by Keycare. £86 per year for 4 fobs. Saw Lostakey via a google search and did some cost and benefits research. 10 fobs for £40 and nothing to pay for the first year if purchased via paypal on a rolling contract. That's amazing in itself. So I went for it. Fobs turned up within 5 days. Look good yet unobtrusive with a unique serial number on them with concise details of what to do if you find them. So for less than half the money I have fobs on house keys, car keys, boat keys, motorhome keys, wifes car keys, wifes house keys and still have several more as spares. Communication was always very effective with the company and I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone based on value for money alone not to mention quality and service.
