Got this service as part of a package when having new doors fitted. Got a little confused with who needed to register but Lostakey got in touch to say they would do it it on my behalf. Thankfully not tested the losing bit yet so will update if need to!

I might have been a little happier if they had taken the address of the person who found the key as well as just their phone number, but in fact it worked out fine I was pretty happy with this service. I only wish I'd already had it when I lost my central locking key for the car. some years before. I know it was lost somewhere that most people were honest and would have returned it. And it would have saved me a fortune, it's so expensive when you lose an electronic car key.

This is a remarkably cheap service for the benefit that you get. I was told that my keys had been found before I'd even realised that I didn't have them, and within half an hour of losing them. I collected them from the finder with no trouble. Without a service such as Lostakey, I would have had to change my house locks with great inconvenience and significant cost. And if you lose a car key near where you live it would be wise to change the car locks, but very expensive.
The reward to the finder is membership of Lostakey. As you get a year's free membership anyway if you pay by direct debit, this is hardly worth anything. I hope most people wouldn't expect much reward for being a bit helpful but anybody who returned keys in hope of a big reward would be disappointed!

Fast, efficent, and good value - although I've not had to test the lost key bit yet!

A new customer but not to having a key tag loss service. Was looking to renewing my subscription with a better known competitor whose product offered a similar service but at substantially greater cost! Whilst its possible that might never need their services, peace of mind is a wonderful thing...just incase! Plus at £5.99 for 2yrs cover with first year free paying by PayPal, and the positive feedback on various sites, it was by far the best service to use. Definitely Recommended. :0)

From one phone call in order to obtain information I was taken through the features and benefits and how the service works. The next day I received my key fobs along with the necessary paperwork that I completed returned and then the next day an email confirming my acceptance along with confirmation that I wouldn't have to pay till next year. A super efficient, effective and best value for money service.

Used to be covered by Sentinel years back but this is a bargain.

Not lost my keys yet which is always handy but I love the idea and it was so simple to sign up. Attached the fobs to mine and my wifes keys lets hope I never need to use it. Great price for a bit of piece of mind

Fortunately, I've never lost my keys, but that doesn't mean it won't happen in the future. I've had a similar service provided by another company for years but I believe this service makes more sense for me. Easy to order the key fob via PayPal and it arrived very quickly. Easy to use the online service to check your account details etc.

My car insurer stopped having a key tag scheme so I looked around and found LostaKey.

Seems good value so I've put a tag on all our sets of keys.

Tags arrived next day. Superb quality. When I emailed them to ask a question I got an immediate and very helpful response.

Good value and quality key fobs too, on contacting Lostakey I found them very helpful and keen to please.

Simple form to fill out, affordable pricing, nice solid looking key fobs which arrived quickly. That's all there is to it!

I bought a used truck with a LEER cap and no keys to go with it. Lostakey was affordable, fast, and sent my new key with a personal touch. Thanks for saving us busy worker bees in the world the trouble of dealing with local locksmiths with exorbitant rates or dismal records of returning a simple phone inquiry. I'll be back for future key needs!

Just a couple of months after my conveyancing solicitors gave me membership of Lostakey, my new lodger was moving in and dropped his keys in the street at night.... and did not notice!

So I get a call from Lostakey that night (I was over 150 miles away) saying someone had found my keys. I sent (name ommitted to protect the clumsy!) the details of the bloke who found them and my lodger had them back the next day.

So I have just renewed my membership.

Tags arrived quickly and easy to arrange; thankfuilly not had to test the retern loop yet!

The acid test is if I lose my keys, however, so far so good.

All went to plan - just how it should be!
