A very professional company…
The young woman who took the call when I phoned to ask for a repair visit (as directed by Samsung) was intelligent and quick to arrange the assessment visit.
The repair engineer visits were completed professionally and the company sent texts to let me know when their people would be arriving.
The repair was completed professionally and the repair engineer was very pleasant to deal with.
Altogether, from start to finish, a very professional company, thank you.

I had a great experience with Lothian Domestic Ltd, who represented Samsung to fix my microwave. The service engineer was polite, customer-focused, and carried out the repair in a very systematic and professional way. He carefully analysed the root cause before fixing the issue efficiently. Engineer pleasant and efficient
Engineer ( Paul) was pleasant and efficient. Microwave fault diagnosed, part ordered and repair carried out within four working days. Was kept updated on whole process.

Excellent service
Good communication regarding time of arrival. Ross arrived well within 2 hour window that was agreed.
Issue identified and repair completed quickly, Ross even swept up some broken glass he found when he pulled the dishwasher out!

Highly recommend
Made appointment online. I chose an Friday appointment. I received a reminder the evening before and a text message to confirm the arrival time of the engineer (Scott). Unfortunately Scott did not have the required part but I was able to make an appointment for the following week. I chose to be informed if an earlier slot became available, which it did. Scott arrived today and fitted and tested my washing machine door gasket seal. The is the second time I have used Lothian Domestic and would highly recommend for ease of booking and the friendly & professional service provided by their engineers

Washing machine repair
My washing machine had stopped spinning so I contacted Lothian Domestics Ltd to see if it could be repaired. Paul came to have a look and replaced the brushes. It is now as good as new and I don’t have to fork out for a new machine.Paul was lovely and talked me through the problem and price to repair it. I highly recommend this company for repairs of appliances.
