I purchased a personalised robe and wanted to change the initials on the front. I emailed and got a response straight away. The company is very prompt and professional as I received excellent service as they were able to change the text. I will definitely be ordering again.

I bought a personalised white box bag with ‘Mrs Willshere to be’ on it and i absolutely love it!! It’s such great quality and such a bargain at £25 too! As I’m sure most brides know, anything wedding related can go to crazy prices so it was really great to find this small business and support them! A similar non personalised bag with just ‘bride to be’ on it from ASOS was £50 so it just goes to show! Would rather give my money to support a small business who can personalise stuff and make it feel special :)

Really disappointed with the service received after being really excited to order a personalised phone case. I was fully aware of the delivery time but once this passed I had to chase for an update only to eventually be told there was an issue with the supplier. I would have expected you to have proactively contacted the customer in this instance and offered at least some form of apology

I order a personalised mirrored frame and it’s beautiful. It’s so well made and I’m so happy with it. I would definitely order from here again. Delivery was great and gave me a 2 hour slot it was going to be delivered in.

Loved the products, look exactly like the pictures on Instagram! Really pleased with my items. Only slight issue is that the delivery took a long time.
