I cannot explain how beautiful and perfect each and every one of the personalised robes I received looked!!!!!!! The ladies were so patient with me with the amount of tweaks I made them do...Very good customer service, so friendly, definitely will buy from them again and recommend others to also!

Lottie was super professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. She made my bridesmaid boxes for my bridesmaid proposal and everyone was commenting on how beautiful and chic they looked. Lottie is so friendly and kind and very attentive to what you want. I’ve ordered all sorts from her now from wedding invites to gowns to glass wear and note books.

Delivery took longer than estimated. Had to write to Instagram page a few times. However when product arrived I was very happy and loved it

Ordered pyjamas from sizes 8 - 16. Bridesmaids were dark grey and mine were supposed to be white. When they arrived, not one was white. All grey. The personalised initials on every pyjama (top and bottom) were wonky, not straight (pictures sent & seen by Lottie through Instagram). The sizes weren’t correct - The size 12 pyjamas wouldn’t stretch over my knees, more like children sizes! Extremely disappointed, as each set were £30. Material felt very cheap, the stitching was visible and untidy. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t even have paid £10 if I had seen them before ordering. Won’t definitely order anything from Lottie Louise Designs again. Money was refunded thankfully 😊

The Item that I receieved (personalised wedding guest book) was of a poor standard and had been damaged in transit so it was quite disappointing. As it was a few days before my wedding it was too short a time to have it replaced so a partial refund was offered.

Incredible service! I made an order for personalised gifts and needed them as soon as possible. Lottie was amazing and ensured they were ready by the time I needed them. The products are absolutely beautiful and I will definitely be ordering again.

Such good quality products and reasonably priced

I found Lotties business through Instagram, such a lovely girl and company! Ordered two personalised candles for my boyfriend and I and they look absolutely stunning. The candles also smell unreal which is quite rare when buying personalised items! You can just see how much hard work goes into making these products. Would definitely recommend.
