Ordered a vinyl door number for moving into my first home in a few weeks. I wanted something that had a luxury feel and something I’d not seen anywhere else before, and that’s exactly what I got. The quality is amazing and so unique.
Lottie also posted a new colour gold which was released before my product had been started on, which I loved and wanted to change too and it was no problem at all to make this amendment.
Already looking at other products on the website as I will definitely be returning. Beautiful personalised bespoke items.

I bought a personalised phone case and house sign from Lottie Louise Designs. Both are beautiful, thank you so much.

I ordered a personalised coaster for myself and my husband. The coater itself it quite nice and looks pretty on my desk. However the font used for the names is not the best. Lower case joined up letters are used and my name starts with a r. The r has a curly bit on the top and joins to the next letter from the bottom. This makes it actually look more like a E. I have asked family and friends for their opinion and they all found it hard to work out what the name should be so its not just me.
As I said the coaster is nice but I'm going to have to try peel the name off as it looks really strange with it.

I am absolutely over the moon with my reindeer I ordered for my daughter, I absolutely love it, thank you so much xx

The most unreal designs, beautiful quality and fast customer service. Absolutely stunning and great value for money. Will definitely be buying from LottieLouiseDesigns again!

I feel rather disappointed....I spent a lot of money on several acrylic signs and waited nearly 2 times the advised delivery time. I had to repeatedly chase up my order and felt there was no communication.
Once I received my signs, yes they look pretty but I immediately started to see flaws. For example the coloured paint on the back scratches easily, really easily so it then looks messy.
The vinyl lettering on the front was not central to the sign, or other lettering, it looked rushed! I mean I spent nearly two hundred pounds for something I could have made myself for less than ten pounds.
Infact people have actually asked if I made it myself! Sorry Lottie but the hype was just not worth the products received and thats disappointing.

Lost for words!!! Took a while to arrive however that was stated and it was well worth the wait. It’s absolutely beautiful and I can’t thank Lottie enough for all her hard work my sister will love her give.

We ordered 14 sets of personalised PJs and robes for my daughters friends group for their 'Lockdown Prom' night. I had already ordered PJs for my daughters at Christmas and loved the quality. The service from Lottie from the very beginning of this process was amazing, she was so patient and professional and quick to answer any query straight away. All the tweaks and differences in letter colours etc for each girls specific taste was taken care of easily. I cannot recommend these products and the service given enough. The girls are all delighted with their sets. Can't wait for an excuse to order again. Thank you.

We have just received our wedding invitations and we are so happy with them! Right from the beginning Lottie worked so hard to get the invitations just perfect. She was happy to adapt and change elements of the invitations until we were 100% happy with them. The packaging of the invitations is to such a high standard and they arrived with everything we need ready to send them out! The invitations are so beautiful and the quality of them is outstanding! We cannot thank Lottie enough, they have made us so excited for our wedding!
