So professional! So accommodating! The most amazing customer service I have ever received. They really understood exactly what I wanted and gave me so much freedom (with help from their senior designer) to design the perfect signage for my wedding, cannot thank them enough

Really disappointed with my door number plate. Considering how over priced it was it looks very cheap- however as it took 6 weeks to come I was just happy to have a number plate for my door. Then after 2 months my numbers have fallen off. Contacted the company to let them know and they’ve asked me to send it back to them which is a lot of effort to unscrew and send away. I definitely didn’t expect for this to happen with how extremely over priced it was! Wouldn’t order again.

I placed my order and 6 weeks later it arrived.

When it arrived I wasn’t overly impressed as it did look a little cheaper than expected, for the price. None the less I was excited to have a new sign for my new house.

I put it up on 14th July. (A little while after it arrived as I didn’t have the right drill) it’s now 10th August and both numbers have come off! It was put on with what I can only imagine is extremely cheap sticky back plastic.

What a fantastic company, the Team were so helpful with the bespoke print I ordered for our holiday home and even came up with some additional suggestions. The print arrived very promptly and is beyond my expectation. I absolutely love it! Thank you so much - I will definitely be ordering again

I was really disappointed with the quality of the acrylic door sign. Considering it cost almost £50 I expected a lot more for the money. The print and the street name were just stickers and the numbers were 3D foam stickers. I personally could have cried when I opened it as the door sign I have already is much better quality and I paid £15 for it

You wont be disappointed with Lottie’s house number plaque.
They are exquisite.
Unlike the generic signs you can get these are bespoke handmade quality signs, sturdy, weatherproof and a statement for any home sign. I LOVE mine. Absolutely brilliant service. And wonderful to see a women smashing the business world. All the best Lottie and your team.

Really loved the way the door number plaques looked over Etsy or where ever it was I first saw the add... but when it arrived I was a little shocked to see it’s not that polished when finished. I chose the dotted ‘cow’ print and it arrived with air bubbles under them all and the paint on the back was a little rough. I do love the product but wish it was finished nicer. -Cree

*EDIT* Seller was willing to rectify this problem for me and deal with it professionally.

Looks nice but I felt it was poor quality compared to other companies.
The website does clearly state which materials etc are used which I perhaps should have read more clearly as I was looking for something more durable.
