Stunning job of welcome sign, table plan, numbers and guestbook- so much so im already to place another order for some more bits !

I could not recommend LLD enough! I am so pleased I came across the company on instagram. The costumer service has been amazing and the quality of the products is another level. Our guests couldn’t be more complimentary on how beautiful all the signage looked, especially the neon hoop we rented. If you are undecided wether to spend money on these details, in my opinion JUST DO IT! They made it extra special on the day.
On the day LLD team members came to set up and could not be more helpful! They even managed to add an extra name to our seating plan on the morning, which was super kind. Responses to emails and enquires have been really impressive via both email and messages on insta. I would 100% recommend!

After paying thousands you expect perfection. I didn't receive perfection, I received a series of dissapointing mistakes.

For a start most of my invite ribbons were frayed. Not a good look!

Then when I finally received my signage, alot of acrylic letters had slipped off, vinyl letters were peeling away, the photos on my table numbers were a shocking quality and the stands provided are just not fit for purpose with most signs leaning or tipping over. Also, to my dissapointment, a large portion of my menu cards were different shades.

I purchased a huge amount of stationary from Lottie and I can honestly say I may as well have gone elsewhere for the same quality of work but cheaper.

Overall...expensive is absolutely not always best!

After doing some extensive reach on wedding signage, I was lucky enough to find LottieLouiseDesigns.

Charley and Lottie were extremely helpful in helping me choose which signage I needed for my wedding day and helped me the design the custom table numbers and seating chart of my dreams !! Being from USA, they walked me through the process of sending payments and shipping, which was extremely helpful.

The design process with Lottie Louise Designs was so easy and after picking the colors and picking the designs, they sent mock ups which helped me see what everything would look like on the big day. Once the signage was delivered, my husband and I were in awe - if you’re looking for beautiful signage and a great experience, Lottie Louise Designs is the best decision!

I bought a beautiful bespoke neon light for my wedding, and from enquiry to delivery it only took around 2 weeks!! The communication was excellent and the quality of the neon light is far superior to anything we could've imagined! We can't wait to have this showcased at our wedding!

I received two bridesmaid boxes and a bride box and I could not be happier. Excellent customer service, very patient when I wanted to make small tweaks to get things looking right and we were very pleased with the signs and place cards when they arrived. I would recommend them and I would used them again if I had an event.

We received our £40 order - a 3D grey house sign with the address onto the piece of vinyl. When we received the package we were really impressed. The box was beautiful but inside wasn't as great.

Once we opened the box, we were disappointed. £40 for that?
The sign came with the number lopsided one way and the street name lop sided the other direction. The letters are stuck onto the product and easily come away from the sign. The We contacted the support team which were helpful where we sent proof of it being wonky and also some scratches on the item. They were super responsive and asked for evidence of the issues.
We were sent a fresh street name so had to peel off the old writing to add our new, straighter one. Firstly, to anyone considering doing this..don't bother. We removed each letter to be left with a sticky residue on the item. Eventually, after trial and error we used nail varnish remover to remove this tacky substance but evidently left superficial scratches.
The number came off easier than the letters but once we removed it, it was evident it was the way the number was cut out that was wonky - not too sure what's worse.

After a while of taking off the glued down tape left behind from the number, we glued the sign back together with gorilla glue (as recommended by the company) and not too shabby a job..but not for the cost of the item.

Ideally, we should've received a discount or the company should have asked us to send it back to them to fix these issues themselves. You can't expect customers to fiddle with an item after spending so much on it. The pictures online of these products look beautiful but they're not like that in person. Definitely go elsewhere for your sign as this company is a scam for the price they pay and the measly way they hardly fixed the issue.

I ordered 2 personalised reindeer for my beices for Christmas. They arrived yesterday and are absolutely gorgeous I'm sorry I never ordered one for myself. Lovely material and so well made. I will be ordering from you again. I can't wait to see their faces thank you x
