Lottie supplied the invitations for my wedding and she was amazing to work with from start to finish answered all my questions and very quick turn around considering the complexity and scale of what I had chosen. My invitations have all gone out now and I have had compliments from every guest so far on how stunning they are and the nicest invitations they’ve ever received. Would absolutely recommend

As soon as we booked our venue the first thing we done was look for invites, I found Lottie on instagram and was in love with her designs, I ordered from her and within 2-3 weeks we had our invites!!
They turned out exactly how I envisioned them to be and they fit our theme amazing.
Our family & friends have also commented on how amazing they are.
We are so happy and can’t thank Lottie enough. Would highly recommend to anyone 🖤✨💌

I found Lottie on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her designs, I ordered the ceramic name plates, the communication with Lottie has been amazing, I received the final products this week and they are absolutely stunning, I can’t wait for my wedding guests to see them 😍 I will definitely be ordering more

After following Lottie Louise Co on social media and being amazed by the look of their wedding stationary, I booked a fairly large order in March ‘23, giving 18 months notice before my wedding day.

The order totalled almost £1100 and consisted of 4 large acrylic signs, menu’s, resin coasters, a Polaroid camera sign and a guestbook. On making this booking, and still to this very day on their FAQ’s on social media, they state that you will receive your mock up 8 weeks before the big day and then receive your order 4 weeks before the big day. My wedding was on 31/10/24 and on 22/10/24 I was chasing up my order after approving my mock up several weeks before. They sent it special delivery for me and I received it on 24/10/24 which is just unacceptable and does not allow for delays with Royal Mail or issues with the order. This really was the only stressful encounter with any supplier and it put a real dampener on the run up to my big day.
One of my signs arrived damaged, with the corner snapped off (which I know is a Royal Mail issue BUT it was the only sign not wrapped with bubble wrap as the other 3 were and they were fine). Also the vinyl writing on my welcome sign was distorted and had not been stuck down properly, which was really noticeable especially being the first piece of decor that people would see as they enter the venue. (I have these photos to hand and did send them over to Lottie Louise co immediately).

It all seemed very rushed and sloppy to me. I’ll give it to them, the communication is really good, and Lottie did send some more vinyl lettering to my wedding venue, but I shouldn’t have to be peeling my welcome sign apart on the morning of my wedding. I think this company need to realise that there is a bride behind the order, ordering decor for the most important day of their life, not just someone throwing money at them.

Overall I was upset that I had spent such a large sum of money on such poor products. On going through my products one more time a few days before my wedding I noticed that the lettering on a large amount of my resin coasters and also the seating plan was wonky and peeling off.

I would definitely avoid using this company for such a special day and feel gutted to be writing this review as they were such a big part of my decor and theme. There was no mention of any refunds, which is not was I was looking for as I just wanted my stationary, but still.

We decided to use Lottie Louise for our wedding signage after purchasing a door sign from them about four years ago! The process was super easy and they made the design process so simple with lots of communication and design mock-ups. We would definitely consider Lottie Louise for other events and signage in the future! Thank you so much!

I have always dreams of having amazing stationary at my wedding because let’s face it, stationary is the cherry on the cake for every wedding, Lottie rose designs sent my parcels all the way to Sicily for me and they came in one piece and PERFECT I had so many compliments on them and I’ve kept them for memories. 10/10 service x

Everything from start to finish was perfect. Very quick in replying and being very thorough in getting your dream design. My invitations came and were truly gorgeous! Couldn’t be happier!

Lottie Louise are very creative, classy and fun designs for wedding stationary! We used Lottie Louise for our wedding invites and the ‘letters of love’ board for our wedding guests to find their seats. Our invites got countless compliments, some described them as the prettiest wedding invite they have ever received! We love that we had the option to come and visit the studio to have a 1:1 design session with Lottie herself, it was great to see all the colours in person and Lottie correctly advised us the colours on screen do differ slightly from printed, which meant we got the exact colour we wanted! A minor improvement I would say is there was a slight miscommunication when some of our invites arrived damaged, however we sorted this very quickly afterwards! Our letters of love board also looked lovely. The team were flexible with delivery times to ensure we had everything in ample time before the wedding!

The creativity and flexibility of the Lottie Louise team helped to make our wedding day perfect. They helped us come up with the perfect concept and design for our special day and the service was incredible. Highly recommend to other couples looking for help with their stationary and signage for the big day.

Lottie Louise are amazing. From our first meeting all the way to the wedding day.
I was kept in the loop all the time, when I was stressed they reassured me. The items we ordered were amazing.
We had table seating plan, table numbers, welcome sign, gold hoop with added feathers to match our theme, and Mr&Mrs sign that we had in front of our cake.
The wedding day looked just magical with all of these things.

Everyone was so helpful with helping me choose my wedding stationery, nothing was ever too much trouble. I am so happy I chose my invitations and signage with Lottie Louise Designs.

The room looked so beautiful and everyone commented on how lovely the stationery was. A member of the team set everything up for us and I didn’t need to worry about a thing.

Amazing service! Thoroughly recommend as they have great products. I had a sign made for my dog walking business and it is amazing and looks amazing. The QR code is amazing and works well. The colour and service from Lottie Louise designs is amazing!

So pleased with our invitations and stationery!! The girls at Lottie Louise Designs set up our signage on our wedding day along with some bits we hired from them and it looked even better than I imagined!!! We can't recommend them enough. If you're a bride you need to go to Lottie for your stationery!

Ordered a black sign with gold writing for a room in our home. Pleased I bought it when it was half price as the product has a scuff across the surface. Overall it’s okay but not great. Waited weeks for delivery.

I got in touch with Lottie Louise Designs after following them on social media for some time and knew that their services would be perfect for my save the dates and upcoming wedding invites. If you follow them you’ll know exactly what I mean! Communication was so quick and clear from start to finish, discussing designs, colour schemes, illustrations, sending through the mock ups all the way through to completion and delivery. The save the dates were exactly what I had envisioned and I can only thank the team at Lottie Louise Designs for that! I can’t wait to work with them again!

I somehow stumbled upon LLD on Instagram and I am so glad I did! Everything was amazing! We were lucky enough to live close enough so that we could visit the showroom/offices and see just how amazing their stuff was.
We ordered the welcome sign, order of the day, table plan, no phones/camera sign, table numbers, guest book, photo album, card box, MR and MRS sign, illustrated wedding sign and acrylic name coasters. All of it was absolutely beautiful everyone complemented us on the colours and design and they all loved their name coasters that they took home! We had a December wedding and went for Matte olive with gold and white lettering it went beautifully.
The illustrated sign was amazing. The team asked me to send photos of my dress, my hair, my husbands suit and hair. What they created was so accurate.
The team were so professional and so quick to respond to emails. They sent me a mock up and got straight to work as soon as I approved it.
I highly highly recommend them!

The company helped me throughout the process and kept me reassured throughout. I was a little sceptical with how the design was going to turn out but I am in awe!! It is perfect just like everything they showcase on their platforms 🤍

We visited the show room to create wedding invitations and the service received was outstanding!!
I did change my mind on a few things but they were so patient and helpful with me when I asked to change things around such as fonts and colours.
I have received the invitations now and I’m so obsessed! I can’t stop looking at them. They look even better than what I imagined! I’m over the moon. thank you Lottie & your team!!!
