Lovely gifts and great service from LLD! Recieved my Rose Gold water bottle today and it’s my new favourite thing, it’s perfect to take to work everyday! Highly reccomend
Ordered two candles and a water bottle from Lottie so far - both products are of high quality and exactly what the description stated. Lottie was really helpful when I had a few questions and I would highly reccomend LLD to anyone looking for bespoke products. Although the wait time is slightly longer than some companies, the work put in to these products make it worth it. I would not hesitate to order again.

delivery was very poor
Sadly the delivery time was horrific. I ordered a gift for my friends 21st and 4 weeks later the present till hadn’t arrived and my friends birthday had been and gone. My email went unanswered. I did however get a reply on Instagram. They were lovely and assured it would be delivered that week. However it wasn’t and I was a tad disappointed with the product. It was a bit basic. Definitely not worth nearly 5 weeks wait for it!!
They were so lovely so it’s such a shame about the delivery.
