I can’t hit the back button to go back a screen- if I am looking at an entry I have to click back to my account, my activity to look at the next entry- I want to be able to just ‘click back’ to go to the previous screen- rather annoying. Also the entries don’t say which jackpot they are part of. Also super hard to change credit card details. App needs improving.

I have been waiting over week now for my winnings its shocking. I have been on phone to lottland so many times and no one seems to care what your saying. All am getting is its settled on our side. Check with your bank. I have sent bank statements to prove this and bank has even confirmed this. Disgusting. I will be taking this further!!!

they suspended my account because i won. now wont let me withdraw. Do not use they will take your money. You cannot win its clearly a scam site

They never reply to the emails. Nobody ever comes on the chat even after hours of wait. The account never gets verified and so you can never withdraw. It's an outright scam.

Lottoland is a fraud because I tried to contact their customer care via email and still waiting for their response.
However, when I spoke to some agents of lottosmile or the lotter they instantly responded plus they have this chat service as well. And lottosmile also told me that lottoland is not part of their company. If lottoland is a third party, they should have customer care where people could get their answers. Such sites are looting people with extra money. Please beware of such sites. Indians can play via lottosmile or the lotter but do not even think of lottoland. I repeat NO.

Was reading a few reviews and found them totally not true.
Been using Lottoland for a few years now. liked it better when they had KENO a few years ago. Won $10,000 AUD a few years ago, they paid it out without issue. Like to enter some of the lotto bettings, this site has got a very low win rate compared to NSW Lotteries in Australia with not getting the tiny little wins as often. Certainly won more from LottoLand than for RSL, Mater, Deaf, Your Town etc Lotteries. Getting paid out is a little stressful as they are in Darwin and the rules about identifying who you are in Australia can be a bit of a pain but my ID is "verified" now and not had any further issues.
Just don't overdo it and this site is fun.

It is very problematic to withdraw money from this site. And this is taken from their website. When placing Bets, DLSL acts in the name and on behalf of the Customer. DLSL is not an official lottery operator and does not buy any lottery tickets on behalf of the Customer. Instead, DLSL allows Customers to make bets on different lotteries and if a Customer wins a bet, then they will be paid directly by DLSL and not an official lottery operator.In fact, they do not buy tickets, and are not official intermediaries.

Now while purchasing lotto tickets, bank name comes kotak, icici, where there is no account myself. Other comes upi id, by such I purchase, amount goes to safexpay, payu. So west of our money. I have Nettler account. Before by Netellar we were purchase. But now we are unable to purchase. Kindly help to purchase old method.

Horrible, you sign up because a partner website and Lottoland offer you a welcome offer and then they unilaterally terminate your account and do not refund your winnings.

Signed up to Lottoland with a bet £5 get £5 free bet if you lose offer and they've now banned my account for this. Wouldn't trust this site with their offers or your money.

UPDATE: I'm still banned but after contacting live chat for a second time they got back to me a few days later through email and refunded the £5 I should've got as part of the offer.
