This is not low tow land but what should be the name of robber land, it drives our Indian people crazy, these people have no warning in my account yesterday without my permission, they suspended my account, after that I am not getting any reply I have emailed at least 10 emails to them since yesterday and till now they are not giving back the deposit which I have deposited in it, when I told me to put your photo for deposit, enter ID proof that too Even after submitting, they deleted my account, who is this dog, any information that deletes the account,

I wouldn't have rated a single star also, in lotto land I tried to withdraw my amount, it never came to my account, it's one of the fraud and scam, what they are running, guys never put ur hard earned money to this fake so called company, if u mail also regarding withdraw, u will never get response, fake, fake, and big fake, this lotto land should banned...

You can not play slots what you want because of the game what you want to play not working.Second think is when you're playing for example 0.20 it can return you to play with £ 1.60 after this when you contact to the customer service they are always right.

Hi, if lottoland is genuine company in betting, then how can the winners of everydraw (powerball / Mega Millions) and the winners of official site of powerball /Mega Millions have the same number of winners???
Powerball/meagamillions winners are those who buy hard copy of tickets and lottoland is a betting site.
According to me, they should have different number of winners because both are different platforms.
Can any one reply this???
I have been playing lottoland land for sometime, then had all such doubts

I am very upset with Lottoland for not being transparent about it's services no longer being offered to Canadians. I have been registered with them for many years and they never once told me they would not honour my bets if I won. In fact they have been paying off my smaller winnings, so I figured they would honour my bets if I won big. Apparently not! I only found this out after trying to register my wife a few weeks ago and she was refused on the basis of her living in Canada. When I queried Lottoland about this they stated that they cannot accept new players who live in Canada, but that I can still access my player account. I had to pester them before they admitted that I too would not be paid if I won. But they obviously are okay with me depositing money into my Lottoland account and even betting. I have now launched a demand that they reimburse me for all monies deposited into my Lottoland account since the day they had knowledge of the fact that Canadian players would not be eligible for payouts. I have given them five days to respond after which legal action will be taken against them.

Lottoland is gang of scamsters, they took money and now says it will take 72 hours to get credit, dont reply the mails, chat window takes hours to load with no ethics at the other end, Its a big scam, stay away

My account was recently closed because I had mentioned I wanted to withdraw funds to help pay for bills. I understand why my account was closed for investigation, however I believe it could have been handled better. My finance situation was ok and bills was the first thing that came to me head as I thought me mentioning this would get the agent to assist me quicker.Unfortunately the agent did not ask me for future details and rushed to close my account. There was no understanding or attempt to gain additional information about my situation. Re-opening the account was much appreciated, however it took nearly 2 weeks. My bonus funds were lost and I had made deposits in order to obtain those bonus funds, else I would not have made those deposits in the first place. I believe agents should attempt to gain better understanding of customer's situation first before closing of accounts, as I was given no warnings or advance notice. Even a telephone call would have been appreciated. I receive phone call last year when I took part in much promotions during Christmas period and the agent spoke to me to understand my situation. I believe this form of communication would have been far better. I hope other customers are looked after far better, especially during Covid-19 Pandemic when they have other things going on, and closed accounts / worry of lost funds doesn't help them.

I too got sucked in using this company.
Deposited funds & when the $$$ ran out,kept sending tickets I had never ordered,then threatened the debt collectors onto me.
A shocking disturbing company.
Stay away from them, bad,bad,bad.

OMG !! Please avoid running from Nigeria don’t get your money when you try to withdraw been scammed good and proper had to change my bank card kept taking money out of my account bank told me bogus company who are not regulated I have done the homework

I seen a lot of negativity about this company, but they rectified a mistake I made very quickly. I deposited too much money into my account by mistake, I spoke to customer services on line and within 2-3 days my money was back in my account and I was satisfied with this. They have closed my account for some reason and can’t get back in, but once I can I will be using them.

My wife was about to fall into this trap but thank God we found out at the right time. The people behind this website can be tracked and traced back to Nigeria. This is a Scam. Lets do an acid test, If these people who runs this web are true and authentic, let them come out in public, in person showing their faces and identities, NOT hiding behind this mask, and explain everything clearly and sort out the problems of all these complaints underneath. You see the positive reviews you see are all Fake. Anybody new to this website, who dealt with them, clearly knows that this fraud. This is just like Nigerian Love selling websites showing potential visitors profiles of Beautiful men and women and their stories and slowly put them into emotional love traps and then gradually trick them to send money to some specific locations. Please do not stay silent ! They must come out in Public.

I think its a scam I've never won anymore than a few cents on it and they make it impossible for u to delete your account also

You may win but cannot withdraw your winnings.

They are thieves. They promise bonuses and after depositing, the bonus disappears instantly. At the customer service they apologize and say to send an email. I received some automatic answers to the email. Now I can't even withdraw the deposit. Thieves !!!

If you win they will try everything to not give you your money! I won 50€ and I finally got them after 3 months with a lot of emails and phone calls!

good service and prompt action by the company. Gives result in time. Bets are made very fast as per clients requirements. Since I have not got any major prize money, I can not give details about prize money payment. But hope that they are very trustworthy people and do all needful whenever lottery bet is won.

So, i set up account, sent my ID and was abut to add £50 funds but it was declined by my bank for some reason. When i decided to add funds again my bank customer service called me and asked if that was me trying to send money. I confirmed and asked them why they declined both transactions and she said it was blocked by the banking system and in general there are two reasons: recipient account is on black list, second reason is their bank branch is in a doggy country eg Nigeria !!! Could it be better start for company that supposed to be approved and regulated??? So after this I decided to check their reviews which I should actually do first! And what I see: apart from hundreds of positive but fake reviews complain after complain! Everyone can send them money but no one can withdraw them! Lottoland keep blocking their accounts or finding silly excuses. But I love the most this one: you are not allowed to withdraw your own money due to Anti-money Laundering regulations !!!! Hahahahaha The best excuse ever! Also: they are banned in USA
