My first order was a new battery for my wife's iPhone, it was replaced and sent back fast and its like a brand new phone again.

My second is a refurbished iPhone. There was a few technical issues with the website, but the great customer service soon solved the problem.

This has been my second purchase in a month having originally just popped into their neat and calm Tottenham Court Street office/workshop to see if they could repair my phone. Within seconds they had sorted the problem and did not charge. I was curious about their second hand offering as I needed a second phone but didn’t need a latest model. I walked out of the office happy with my new purchase and when next in London decided to buy another refurbished phone. This time to take as a gift to a friend in Argentina where the curency has crashed and new imports will be v expensive.

First class service. My daughter is delighted with the phone, looks immaculate and well packaged and presented. Love the fact that we are discouraging buying new for the sack of it when these phones are fully serviceable and have lots left to give. Would highly recommend, in fact I may be back for another one for xmas. Many thanks to all involved and to the lovely lady who called me back when I had a question.

Really unhappy with the battery life of this phone. It was sold to me under the description of Very Good. Otherwise all fine.

I had my old phone repaired by Lovefone & was so impressed with the service; when it came time for my daughter to get a phone for middle school, I went straight to them for a 'pristine refurbished' iPhone.

This thing is like new!! New 'better' battery... full replaced back panel (which I didn't know they did)...

My daughter is very, very happy... they even included a bag of Haribos, a screen protector, cable & a case!!!

Honestly, this is how service should be!!
