I cannot speak too highly of this company. I changed from Android bought a refurbished iPhone and they went above and beyond to help me choose which was right for my needs and even were happy to transfer my contacts into my new phone. Had trouble with the delivery which was royal mails fault, lovefone have been very helpful and had no hassle with them. Definitely recommend.

The day started bad as my alarm did not go off my phone died as it had not charged overnight...
Took my phone in for a repair in the west end to the charging port and the speaker the lady on front desk said could be a problem with dust and looked at the charging port and then found there was fluff in the port from keeping the phone in my pockets she gave it to the technician who also picked more fluff out and gave it good air dusting. and then showed me it charged fine. No charge they said as no parts were needed.

You have a customer when my phone breaks! thanks my phone is now charging perfectly :) shame I could only give 5 stars :P

I Ordered a refurbished iPhone from this company, I was very excited to receive my phone, was very well packaged, with complimentary sweet for me, however there was a minor fault with the touch screen, I needn’t have worried, on phoning them I was to post back that day, (free of charge) I then received phone back the following day, phone is just perfect, very pleased with my phone, customer service was excellent, would recommend this company to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

Phone arrived very quickly and packaged well. I ordered an iphone 7 in veyr good condition and there wasn't a mark on it. Looked brand new. My 16 year old son is very happy with it. The 2 year warranty is a big selling point. Would recommend as i will have saved a lot of money against a 2 year contract with a company.

Fast, and the “very good” phone was in fact perfect. Way better than QMF, hands down. They are a touch more expensive, but it was well worth it.

I bought a Rose gold iPhone 6s from here and love everything about the phone. The condition was graded as ‘very good’ but I think it's amazing. I paid for a battery upgrade but felt there might be an issue with it, I emailed my concerns and Roxana looked after everything very efficiently. They let me know what the issue was and even replaced my plastic screen protector with a glass one, something I wasn’t expecting but am very grateful they did. They even put some some sweets in with my phone when they sent it back, a lovely touch. It was all quick and easy. I would definitely buy a phone from them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a phone. My sister is now going to buy a phone from them. A big thank you to Roxana who kept me updated on my phone and helped me with my queries.
