Slow delivery, no tracking, no response when help is needed.
Item claimed to be dispatched. No tracking number sent. Four days later, no sign of any delivery. No response when emailed, no response through social media. This is not the way to run a company!
EDIT to say: Apparently my email was "lost" in their system. What business loses emails?
!)I was not advised of any delays during this period by the company.
2)Still no tracking information has been sent to me.
cannot recommend this company.

Thanks for the review.
We do need to clarify a couple of points as I think some things have been missed. Your expected delivery date is the 13th (tomorrow) as advised during checkout and on your order confirmation.
However, a recent promotion has set despatch back by 24 hours, and you should be receiving your tracking details on this date, for delivery on the 14th. Your tracking information will be emailed over to you.
We did not receive an email from you unfortunately, so I'm sorry if you sent this and were awaiting a response, as it never landed with us.
As advised in our automated response to direct messages on social media, this isn't constantly monitored given we are a small team all working very hard to keep up with demand at the moment, so emails are the best way to receive a timely response to requests and queries - and unfortunately yours was not received.
I do hope this clarifies things for you, apologies for the slight delay, and we hope you enjoy your items when they arrive :)
Great range of products, pricey shipping.
Really great range of products at a fantastic price. The shipping was quite expensive and I think they could save some money here using Hermes rather than DPD. Shipping was slower than I expected but I loved the reused box, really added to the zero waste ethos.
