Fantastic musical
It was a absolutely fantastic musical. The voices of all the performers were brilliant. I leant a lot about Chaka Khan and all the stars she collaborated with over the years in her life. Highly recommend going to see the show. Venue was great and suitable.

I booked the wrong tickets!
I booked theatre tickets through LOVEtheatre and on the day we were due to attend I realised that I had booked the incorrect play! It was only when I downloaded the tickets I realised my mistake.
I called love theatre and spoke to a lady called leslie and she was unbelievably helpful and said she would call the theatre for me and see if they would refund my tickets at such short notice which they did! I was so impressed with the customer service I recieved

Exchanged my ticket thanks to Lesley in Customer Services
I could no longer make the date I had booked due to a poorly elderly mother I needed to look after, and I wanted so much to see the play I had booked, so I got in touch hoping to exchange the tickets for a new date. Lesley was fantastic; she made the change for me within hours of getting my request, and I am now looking forward to seeing the play in a month. Excellent service. I was recommended by a friend and wasn't disappointed. The theatre tickets were a great price and they had a deal on which made it better! We were able to choose the seats and they were brilliant.
I will be looking on the site for another show to watch ASAP!
