Parcel not Received
I received an email from LCP that my parcel was delivered yesterday morning and signed for by me. Really ?? There was no delivery here and I was at home all the time.
It is wonderful to have detailed tracking, but, in this case it is a complete fiction "arrived at Coulsdon depot 7:58am" "delivered and signed for at 10:13am". This is fraud as I have not received the package.
A phone call to your "delivery partner" took 25 minutes queueing and cost me £5 in charges (an 0844 number) and they didn't resolve the problem. Sounds like a good scam to get money at a time when business is quiet.
Low Cost Parcels give an email contact, but then say that it is unmonitored; they have a Facebook message box, but it is also unmonitored.

Provided frequent updates to the projected delivery window which not only was extremely accurate but also very rapid. The delivery driver was also very polite.

The parcel was supposed to be a signed…
The parcel was supposed to be a signed for and to be handed over to me or someone in my office unit. Instead this has been left in the building entrance completely unattended and the delivery guy also signed it himself to get rid of it. I will never shop again with this merchant knowing now how badly parcels are handled by this courier service.
