While the shop has great prices and a wide range of items, they also have the worst customer service I've ever seen. It's like talking to a wall. I requested, it two separate orders that a specific shipping company be used. In both instances they confirmed that they will, and then just sent via whatever company they chose. Basically, once you pay, you're on your own.

Luckily there is good competition out there with the same prices, and a customer services that actually cares.

Never again.

I made a mistake with my order and they were super kind talking to me to understand and correct it for me.
Plus they gave me tops as I was buying a present without much knowledge on the subject.

UK based but Apeks products are so overpriced here and ranges held are limited. As a family diving together later this year we decided to buy some new kit. Very pleased to find what we like here. One item was out of stock but the communication from Lucas Divestore was excellent. All the items were dispatched together and arrived very quickly after that. Yes we have tax to pay here on import but it is all handled smoothly and costs of individuals items were still about 40-50% cheaper than UK retailers (who still have to order it in for you). Can highly recommend their online store!
