Highly recommend and trusted!
I highly recommend and trust Lucas divestore for both (valuable) purchases and its packaging.
Moreover, their "sendspeed" is really ASAP (As soon as possible)!
My experience: from my request, lucas divestore sent my purchase ASAP and I recieved it firmly packaged and sealed with plastic "one-time opening" straps.
My only improvementrequest is that they will use an other packetdeliveryservice. DPD-experience is awful :-(

The range of specialised diving goods Lucas Divestore are selling is endless, prices are cheap, makings orders is straightforward and delivery is fast. After UK tax and customs payments, they still beat on price the cheapest alternatives I was able to find in the UK - even after mixing and matching offers from the cheapest shops!

I couldn't have wished for better service
I couldn't have wished for better service from teh team at Lucas Diving. They were extremely helpful and accomodating with my purchase for my partners' birthday present. It was sent so that it was delivered the day before I needed it and was very well packaged, concealing the contents justin case there were prying eyes. I would happily use these guys again.

I have had a very disappointing…
I have had a very disappointing experience buying a BCD from LucasDiveSport. After ordering the ScubaPro Bella BCD in size medium it arrived from the Netherlands in good time. I expected to pay duty on it which was fine and I received an invoice from FedEx a week or so later.
However, the BCD was too big so arranged to send it back to LucasDive for a refund. I paid to have it sent to me in the UK and paid to send it back. However, taxes\duties were due when it arrived back in the Netherlands.
LucasDive refused to pay these so the courier would not deliver it. The BCD is now being returned to me and I have to pay additional shipping to receive it back.
So now I'll have a useless BCD, for which I've paid for shipping 3 times and absolutel no help from LucasDive.
If you're ordering from a country outside the EU, I'd think again about buying from LucasDive as I certainly won't be in future.
I did communicate with LucasDive before returning the item and they said nothing about me having to pay the duties and they would refund me. So I was concerned about this paying duties twice and having no BCD which would have left me over £200 out of pocket.
And according to my subsequent research on the matter of duties, it's the receiving party who should pay them and claim back if any duties are required.

we had communication on this and following we have offered.
"You can either have it returned, or pay the duties, send us the invoice that goes with this and the amount on VAT we can get this back and refund to you.
I tried to contact your carrier but email bounces or links are deadend"
the carrier you chose does not gave us on option to contact them.
So if you return from outsite EU than best is to communicate before returning so we can advice how to proceed.
top quality but stock issues
Lukas trades in top quality products which are available on the market. It took a while to get the shipment ready, probably due to the stock issues.

Very nice products and great prices. Easy to purchase and with a working link to trace the shipment, which is often not the case with many providers nowadays. On top of that incredibly fast delivery, got my products 48 hours later. Would absolutely recommend Lucas Divestore as your choice when buying gear. Keep up the good work guys!
