Correct communication, smooth delivery

I received a watch that didn’t have seals on the case but had a big dent in it. Provided a picture of it to Lucas Divestore and asked for an explanation.

Their response? Denial, the watch is new and if you don’t like it this way, return it. No explanation, nothing.

Not buying again there, for sure.

Ordered a watch around 450 Euro in may 2023. I asked the customer service to please check the watch as it was going to be an international shipment with customsissues. The watch was claimed beeing checked and sent to me. The Seiko watch appeared to be faulty and unusable. The waterproof buttons fell off right when I took it out the box. I sent the watch back, it never arrived, stuck in the netherland post as the tracking tells me.... I made the mistake to send a package without insurance, they were participating in this episode by sending rubbish to me. I can prove the watches state with photos and videos. However they refused to acknowledge that they were playing a part in this unlucky development. I am left with 70 Euro Customs, 70 Euro shipping costs (back and forth) and 480 Euro Costs for the watch. Money all gone, watch gone. I would have expected to somehow meet in the middle...

My order was delivered within 24 hours with DPD from the Netherlands to Germany. Couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this shop. Fast and friendly reply via mail included!

Ordered a dive watch from their site and they where both the cheapest option and provided superfast shipping. I got my order within 3 days of ordering (sipping from one EU country to another).

I was a little hesitant to order from an overseas company (I live in the US). Their prices were amazing items shipped quickly, all items were brand new and in original manufacturers packaging. Had no problem registering the product with manufacturer for warranty. Will definitely be using them again for any of my high-end purchases.

I have bought 5 items with Lucas Divestore (fins, booties, surface buoy and a reel). Some of the items initially ordered were not available so we had to make some changes to the original order. The costumer service was very good and they replyed to my emails within one or two hours.
