Helped Us Catch Conversion Killers
It's hard to impress me these days, but Lucky Orange has done it. I'm a marketing director and my client just launched a new site...you can test them all day long but there are always little friction points you miss or gloss over due to familiarity. Tools and Customer Service Second to None
I have been using Lucky Orange for a long time and the tools it provides are second to none! Being able to interact with sessions, segment heatmaps using most of the GA4-style dimensions, and the ability to create detailed reports with tagging and funnels. Just some of the cool things LO can do. But where they really shine is the customer service! Our rep Will is fantastic, don't know what we would do without him!

Had a great 4 month running lucky orange and found it a very useful multi tool - since setting up a second account and having to have it removed however They’ve had a hard time getting it removed and the initial account tracking correctly
