We are waiting for Shopify to complete the refund on their end. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over when Shopify will issue your refund, but you can contact them to request an update. The refund process can take up to 30 days.

Positive Experience
Had a 15 minute on boarding call with Jordan and he was very helpful at explaining all the different features of Lucky Orange. Features such as the dynamic heat map and watching customer recordings of what visitors get up to on your website have been super insightful. Overall, love the app and it's many features!

Going Above and Beyond the Expected
Will Daniels from the Help Desk quickly jumped in and stuck with me and my web development team as we needed support to guide us through setting up Lucky Orange events and funnels to accomplish our strategic and analysis needs. We explained our strategy and what we needed from Lucky Orange to deliver insights to help with a number of business decisions. Will knew we were up against a deadline that was the next day and took the initiative to set it up for us, which is not the norm. He responded very quickly to our numerous emails with straight-forward descriptions and made himself available over the past 2 weeks to get us to ready to meet our deadline.
