I have found Andrew Gillespie to be polite,Friendlyand business like.
He is always trawling the market to provide the best deal.

We have only just started using Lumina Energy so can't comment long-term but so far we have been very pleased with Ian's help with a new electricity contract for our village hall.

Ian Gilham - Was extremely helpful. He information me of all the details of my old tariffs and new and what was best for my company.

We have used their service for several years now. They will ring with updated quotes several times if you ask them too and always try to help without being insistent or pushy. On the one occassion they weren't able to meet a lower quote they were very pleasant and professional meaning that we used them on other contracts and the following year when they were able to be more competitive.

We have received great service from Dan at Lumina. He is always approachable and contactable and gets us a good deal for our charity for gas and electric. Lumina do not try and sell you anything that you do not want/need and are not constantly ringing you with so called offers. They are happy to wait if you say you are getting a choice of quotes and there is no hard sell or pushiness. Would recommend without a doubt.
