Excellent products, and really friendly service when we met at Dogstival. There was quite a long wait for delivery as they were out of some materials, but I am sure that wouldn't usually be the case.

We absolutely love LunasLoft, Hannah is so helpful when you have a question or just need help in choosing what is the right item for you and pet. The quality is fantastic and I have no complaints, every item I have had has been perfect, I’ve not had one product yet that have easily ripped or broken or even arrive with any problems. They regularly release new products and, if something is not to your taste/in the required size, they are happy to work with you to try and suit a product to your needs. Their customer service is second to none as is the quality of their products and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Made my first order at Luna's Loft last month - a 'Let's Chill' lead for my Dachshund. The product is lovely, great quality and a fab colour too. I dropped Hannah an email to see how my order was going and she was really quick at responding and lovely.

Only thing I would say is it would be fab to know when the product is in production. The turnaround times are added to the website but it's just nice to know what stage the order is in.

I got my pup 2 bandanas and a snood and I can honestly say the quality is amazing! By far the best bandanas I have ever owned and the snood is perfect. Will defiantly purchase again

I have SO much stuff from Lunas loft, some may say too much, but what keeps be going back is not just the incredible products but the totally amazing customer service from store owner Hannah. She really cares and spends a significant amount of time interacting with customers and finding out what they want. No one could possibly be disappointed by the quality of product or service you get from Lunas loft!
