Absolutely appalling customer service, with total lack of communication - to the extent they have ignored over a dozen emails over a 6 month period requesting updates. My partner was involved in a very bad car accident in December 2024, not at fault (another car hit him at 50mph and sent him into oncoming traffic, involving a third car). Car was an instant right off, and a month required off work. 14 months later, he is still on light duties at work impacting his ability to perform his job, and continuing to visit the GP with shoulder issues (he has a manual job in a garage). He still can’t attend the gym!
We were last contacted in July 2025 with an update (which contained conflicting information). Since then, via both their portal and standard email, we have sent over a dozen emails requesting updates. Absolutely no reply!! My partner is urgently seeking his costs to be reimbursed. To be ignored for over 6 months is terrible. When this accident wasn’t even my partners fault, it feels very unjust to be left in the lurch having to chase the basics like an update, let alone a reimbursement of costs. Avoid!!!

hi, my case handler was monika, i was rather nervous from the start of my claim as i have absolutely no computer skills and have no wifi in my house.
Not understanding a thing regarding legal disputes i totally relied on monika to guide me through each stage of my claim, and she often took the trouble to explain in more detail if i was not understanding properly, monika listened carefully to all of my questions and explained to me in simple easy to understand terms what my main chances were of securing a satisfactory outcome regarding my legal claim, basically monika held my hand and guided me through the whole process from start to finish, kindest regards and thanks to monika

Left us in the lurch! Lyons were contacted on the 9th of December to assist us in a legal matter for our court case on the 19th of January 2026. Told us 1 working day before that they wouldn't represent us and left us to represent ourselves subsequently we lost the court case due to not being legally trained. As you can imagine we are massively out of pocket and this could have been dealt with properly and we could potentially have won the case if we had had proper representation. So far their only comment is to offer us £50 compensation which is verging on insulting due to their negligence

It is also worth mentioning that my case involved a handover (my previous solicitor left the firm), and Kerry took over seamlessly. She read the full history and arranged a very thorough 1.5 hour call to confirm the details, understand what was important to me, explain the options, agree next steps, and then followed through on everything.
The process overall does take time (as these cases do), but I felt supported throughout. Before switching to LYONS DAVIDSON, I had made the mistake of signing with another firm (NAL), and the difference in service was huge. Because of Kerry, LYONS DAVIDSON will be my first choice in the future. Highly recommended.

I have no idea where to start, my case handler Sophie Miller has been nothing short but outstanding for the entire duration of my claim. She has constantly kept me updated, there was never a point where I felt in the dark, she was open and honest about the whole claim process and where in her professional opinion where she thought the claim was going to go. If I ever had any questions, I could email Sophie and she would reply to me usually within either the same day or at max a few days later. She always picked up her phone if I ever called and always made time to speak to me about me questions regardless of the fact she was likey very busy. She has worked tirelessly on my specific claim, arranging medical assessments, and liaising with third party companies for evidence, once she received the evidence she requested she always would phone me or send me a copy of documents so I knew where the case was progressing and what she had. My case went on for just short of two years, the fees that have been charged by Sophie for her time are extremely fair, and the sum of money that she had obtained for my successful claim is going to be a massive help to me. Words fail me for how thankful I am to Sophie and her colleague Oliver who have acted for me on this claim, and I would highly recommend her and this company to anybody who is looking to go through this process. To Sophie, I thank you and you are an absolute credit to your company.

Worst of the worst. Lazy lying scumbags. Never did any work on case unless repeatedly chased. Hirers "specialists" who discriminate against those with autism. Treat you as a criminal when your the innocent victim and have provide the case for them. Never answer their phones even to other solicitors. Will try to time out your case if you raise complaints, including by refusing to hand it over to new solicitors even after 3 month of dropping the case. Should be prosecuted and barred from ever working again for the horrors they inflict on their customers. Also actively conspires with Admiral Law as "sister" companies, while claiming to you their not connected. Never use them EVER.
