We ordered a lovely coffee table and there was a problem with one of the legs. Emma dealt with it brilliantly and they sent us a new table. Very smooth and efficient service - thank you.

I ordered an single electric bed to match a bed already bought from this company. I was very clear it needed to match & they absolutely confirmed it would ( 2 single beds to make a super king bed) I Bought & paid in full in 3/11/22.
The bed arrived as promised on the day we moved house 7/12/22 but it didn’t match the other bed. Different colour, different shape, different size, different height. I advised on the day it arrived & was told to accept the bed & they assured me they would rectify. A week later, after much chasing, I have been offered a super king sized headboard that would join the 2 beds & reduce the impact of the differences. I would have accepted but they wanted £180 for delivery & fitting…. To rectify their mistake.
I have asked for the bed to he returned. They are now saying it will be new year before it’s collected. A month since it was delivered. I will also not receive a refund until returned.
I had guests coming for Xmas & I have now had to cancel as we have no bed for them as we can’t use this one.
I aren’t saying the quality of the bed is not good, we wouldn’t have ordered a second bed.
I am so disappointed & upset that they have not been able to resolve this issue by either providing a headboard totally free of charge with a sincere apology or collecting this bed before Xmas to give us space to make other arrangements.
By chance, I received a marketing email from them today offering to deliver a guest bed before Xmas. It’s seems they can deliver but not collect.
The lack of understanding & response has been shocking.

We had lots of problems with communication whilst we were waiting for our order to be delivered. However, we do love the sofa now that it has finally arrived. We ordered the Exning sofa in a box. It was easy to assemble, and we are really happy with the quality.

I have left a review below allready and now after a year.. still no sign of a technician that they promissed... this company lies and frauds people... products are the worst quality ever...

Furniture arrived on time and is extremely comfy. My only issue was that paper instructions were not provided to build the sofa bed. I received an email with some photos and a video but would have preferred this in paper form with diagrams of how to put it together, I did ask but was advised these could not be provided!

Great customer service from ordering to delivery. Now I've had my sofa bed for a while & got used to it, it's plush & comfy & well built. I love it.

Replying to Emma. Thank you for your response. There is no packaging on the mattress and I have been sleeping on the bed without being able to fold it back. In the video you demonstrate a man folding it back to sofa showing no effort! Try it Emma if you have one in stock. The foot of the bed is incredibly heavy with a lot of metal in the mechanism, impossible for one woman or two to lift. Pulling it out and down you have gravity on your side. Pushing it up and back you have to lift it up first as you demonstrate. Just try!

We had two Burwell two-seater sofas delivered in December 2021 and a further Burwell two-seater sofa-bed delivered in July 2022. Our only criticism relates to the cushions. The two sofas had lightly filled cushions stuffed with a soft filling, whereas the sofa-bed cushions were tightly packed with what feels like foam-plastic. Both are quite comfortable but the soft-filled cushions could have done with more filling material. The biggest problem is that all of the cushions only have the Modena covering on one side. They are therefore not reversible, which is an adverse feature.

Arrived by carrier the first thing I noticed was the straps where broken shortly after that one of the casters broke as for the mattress i found that was to soft i don't use the bed any more as it is to soft

We are totally satisfied with our sofa bed. It is in our granny flat and has been used by us during a period of decorating. It is so easy to operate the mechanism and really comfortable. The build quality is superb.
We would have no hesitation in recommending it.

We ordered a sofa bed it was delivered on time and was set up by the delivery men As a sofa it is really comfortable and we have now used it as a bed the mattress is also really comfortable We used to have to add a mattress topper on our previous one not needed with this one Very happy with the quality, service and price

Bought a fold up bed in a hurry due to extra bed needed for visitors , delivered within time give , easy to handle and was told it is really comfortable. There is a little trouble with phone calls but otherwise all good .

Bought a brass and reeded glass lamp fitting. It’s lovely! Really nicely made and looks great. Took a while to deliver but that’s no great problem. All in all very happy.

The small sofabed that I ordered arrived on time. Unfortunately, due to the geometry of the room for which it was intended, the delivery guys couldn't put it into the space. They very helpfully talked me through dismantling it so it could be put together in the alcove. Unfortunately I had not allowed enough clearance and it did not fit. I found out that in spite of the sofa being made to order the company gives a 14 day guarantee of a full refund. They were very understanding and helpful and have collected the sofabed. I have ordered a slightly smaller sofa bed and look forward to it being installed at the end of the month.

Delivery team were really friendly and helpful. The sofa is very sturdy and good quality. Got sofa bed and with extra thick mattress. It’s very comfy and easy to pull in and out.

Fab......I took a chance and ordered over the phone. Very helpful call handler. When other companies were quoting 10 to 20 weeks, the estimated delivery was 6 weeks. In the end the sofabed was delivered earlier after arranging with me. The sofa is lovely, even better than I thought and very comfortable.

I love our new sofa bed, v comfortable and easy to set up. It's a fab looking sofa too & really enhances our room.

Our sofa bed arrived about a week early and was carried into the bungalow and assembled by two very nice young men. They took all the packing away with them. We are deligheted with the product, seat cushions are quite firm but we expect they will settle down a little with use. Converting the sofa to a bed is very easy and was demonstrated by the belivery guys. The bed is also quite firm and we are considering purchasing a memory foam mattress topper for it.
Altogether a very nice well made piece of furniture that should last may years.

Purchased the Burwell Right Hand Ottoman Storage Sofabed (in saffron velvet) in May and I am very pleased with it. The communication Kinjal Patel was good and everything went to plan. The delivery was made late evening by Empire Delivery and great care was taken to position and assemble a large piece of furniture into a tight space. The sofa is lovely quality and very well made. I could not be happier with it. The sofabed has been used occasionally and my guests have given it the thumbs up as a very comfortable bed! Thank you Made to Last! Great sofa! Great service!

Excellent Service. I ordered this sofa in part due to the smallness of my house and the ability to actually move the sofa into the house, which it did very easily. I also liked the environmentally friendly fabric sample ordering process which allows to return samples. Very pleased with the sofa its well made, comfortable and I especially love the fabric colour and composition - thank you :)
